If there were sub zero stars that’s what I’d give. Went there 3 October intending to order lunch after visiting restroom. Restroom locked asked for key. Staff buzzed me in. No loo paper in female toilet no paper in male (filthy condition) back to counter to ask for paper - he’s in training has to ask someone. A female of African appearance (ethnicity mentioned solely for the purpose of management identification) comes to front counter with roll of paper. In meantime she serves another customer whilst holding the paper I’m waiting for all the time slowly explaining procedure to trainees. Finally serves me and tell her I’m waiting for paper - can’t give to me it becomes a training exercise for staff - she’ll meet me there - another 5 minutes goes by and eventually goes into toilet with two trainees in tow - I’m told I have to wait outside still whilst she replaces it and I presume trains the other staff in how to change a toilet roll!! Then all three exit - some problem she needs to call someone else with more skills in changing toilet paper - she has the roll in her hand. I ask can I please just have the toilet paper but no. Finally another staff member with the required skills replaces the roll. All up I waited 20 minutes. Fortunately I was able to hold on - not once was there a smile an apology for the wait. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting abusive customer service from whoever answered the phone today around 4.30pm when trying to get a delivery error resolved. Presuming this was the manager they are EXTREMELY unqualified to be customer facing and should be reprimanded or terminated for the way they spoke to me. Take a look at my other reviews, I’m not a rude person, so this staff member has really gone a step further to upset me. Made me so shaken and upset, seemingly because I had the audacity to accuse him of handing the wrong order to the driver. The driver literally repeated all the steps of confirming the order to me, and claims he was handed these bags for my order. He was extremely friendly, but the store made me feel like criminal for daring to enquire about the order I paid for. Wanted to brush me off to the phone line, door dash or anyone else. Even rudely hung up on me when I said I’d contact head office for the way he spoke, which I have now done. Is this how Maccas trains or expects their employeess to behave? What happened here...
Read moreUsually Maccs is a good experience, last time I just ordered a large thick shake, I stood with the other people getting their orders for over 5 mins, service was fast, for the 10 people waiting... as people were getting their food, but they were passed a pre poured drink from a collection of about 6 on the counter, when my number was called, I was passed one of the pre poured drinks from at least 5mins, I requested a fresh thick shake, the sales girl turned, grabbed the old one, poured a new one then behind the counter swapped back and passed me back the old drink, her actions looked over exaggerated and then I check the drink at the door, it was the original melted think shake, I couldn't be bothered going back as this review will get more attention... Please please do more customer training for your staff, otherwise there will be more bad, dissatisfied...
