Went there to see a show in Jan 2025. Show was great (5 stars), but overall experience was hampered by dishonest business practices. Bar did not accept cash. I had to pay by card, and a surcharge was added, therefore rendering prices on the price board completely fictitious as there is never any way that those prices can be paid. You want to be cashless as it makes things easier (as your reply to an earlier comment suggests), but I am NOT prepared to pay an extra fee for your 'easiness'! Signage posted that a reusable cup for drinks would be $1, for 'sustainability' reasons. I expected the $1 to be refunded to me upon return of the cup, which was refused. Completely misleading messaging on the signs. Been to many festivals around the globe and card payments incl. reusable cups are the norm. But implying I am prepared to readily waste my money on bank fees and not getting a refund for a cup that clearly is marked as $1 made me feel ripped off and betrayed like I have not been for...

The energy was electric, the musicians were phenomenal, and the crowd was completely immersed in the rhythm. But the real magic? The finale—when the dance floor filled up, and the whole room came alive! Very proud of @emilygelineau @danilodapaz and all musicians in the band.
