Shame I had to give one star to be able to write a review. Let's start with the extremely rude bar/restaurant managers. I have never felt so unwelcome or uncomfortable in a venue as these two made us feel. We were not important to them, even though our company was handing a considerable amount of money over the counter. Obviously their staff lead by example as it showed through lack of service and uninformed of the "products" they were "selling". This place was not busy or nowhere near capacity yet when we tried to order simple cocktails (ie Aperol Spritz & Negroni) were told it couldn't happen because they were :flat out", yet staff were standing around doing nothing. Then two other types of drinks were apparently unavailable. Which bar doesn't stock Bundy! Food was presented poorly, came out cold, not tasty all all and if your chef thinks those ball of mush were Arancini, then they need to go back and learn how to cook. Didn't want to vent online but when we approached the managers to give some feedback was rudely brushed off and told "don't have time to listen to you". Needless to say what was going to be a relaxing enjoyable afternoon/evening at this place ended within a couple of hours. Our group made the decision to move to another venue that is always accomodating in all this this place lacked - Shoe Bar you rock, thanks for making our day...

Perfect for Friday/Saturday nights for folks who love some drinks and great food! Ordered the following:

Black Angus Porterhouse Steak with Scallops and Shrimp - 4.88/5.0 🌟 Comments: great cook on the steak, medium rare just like we ordered. Scallop was just okay though, better if seared a bit more. Suggest to give the customer a choice if sauce is on the side, I was looking for a crust but it might have been lost due to the sauce poured on top.

Lobster Linguine Pasta - 2.5/5.0 🌟 Comments: whole dish tastes okay. Lobster itself tastes good. But the amount of lobster in the dish isn't much. A whole lobster tail shell is on the plate but the lobster meat is probably just half the amount. In terms of how tasty it is, it is good.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

For work, my team came here for lunch. We pre-ordered and paid a week prior, leaving them ample time to plan and prep.

We arrived at 1 pm, and the food started coming out disjointed. The food came out spread across a half hour that they delivered the meals, with the same meal coming out well spread across the timing.

Two of the team had to wait 50 minutes for their forgotten meals (a chicken salad and a pasta, which others had already received the same meals a good 20 minutes earlier), which were delivered as dessert was being placed.

I ordered a steak sandwich, which I would rate as average, at best. The steak was overcooked...
