Not usually one to call this out but it's pretty disappointing that a place so hyped up has employee's like this to ruin the whole hype and vibe.
I've come here a couple times and it's like having daggers aimed at me with how rude they are. I used to work as a barista myself and i get it's not always the best job but I never acted this rude.

And finally when they make the coffee they just slam it down as it splashes their pickup area with a coffee that shouldn't cost this much when it tastes burnt and more basic than McDonald's coffee.

Makes the doughnut taste worse, won't...

Their chocolate‑peanut caramel doughnut was indulgent without being overly sweet, and the brisket sandwich with beetroot fritters was the perfect combination of comfort and bold flavour. The staff were helpful and efficient—even at the peak mid-morning crowd—with the baker cheerfully explaining specials behind the counter. The café was warm and bustling, but never crowded. Food and coffee consistently up to the high standard I’ve come to expect from this...
