Our encounter with this Rugbyman N 2, sharing its name and proximity with another establishment named Rugbyman N 1, culminated in an experience that was both bewildering and deeply concerning, particularly in terms of staff behavior.
The core of the issue stemmed from a reservation mix-up between the two restaurants named the same and situated 5 meters apart. Despite our efforts to politely rectify the confusion and de-escalate the situation, the response from a representative of Rugbyman N 2 was not only disproportionate but also highly inappropriate. We received an alarming series of over eight phone calls, accompanied by WhatsApp messages, disturbingly extending until 2 a.m. Such persistent and aggressive communication, especially at such late hours, is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in any service industry, let alone in the hospitality sector.
This level of service, which can only be described as harassment, overshadowed any potential culinary experience the restaurant could offer. The decision to place two competing restaurants in close proximity to each other, while confusing in itself, does not excuse the egregious behavior exhibited by the staff of this restaurant (Rugbyman N 2).
In light of these events, it is our recommendation to exercise caution and consider alternative dining options. The unwarranted and aggressive behavior displayed significantly detracts from what one would expect from any reputable dining...

Restaurant provided blankets, so we stayed warm. Mussels cooked Chilean style, very fresh and tasted really good, onion and celery so sweet. The Sea-bass was fresh too and cooked just right, loved the freshness and simple seasoning. Now the failure, the steak; We ordered medium rare but it came medium, that mistake was good because the meat was so tough! Pull and chew, much struggle to eat it! The red wine sauce that came with the steak was tasteful but didn’t help the meat. Very disappointing steak I have in Europe. Hope they...
