As my office recently moved close to this location, I have given it three tries: Ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, medium spice. Received Chicken Pad Thai, extra spicy. I was annoyed, but mistakes get made. Ordered Shrimp Pad Sew, no spice & an imperial roll. Received Shrimp Pad Sew, no spice. Had to remind them of the imperial roll - 5-7 minutes later that comes out. The food was what I expected and at least the roll was fresh. Today. Ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, no spice. Received Chicken Pad Thai, no spice. I'm annoyed and done with this location.

The staff is blunt and come across as miserable. I'll find a local option and stick to other Thai...

I frequent this Thai Express often and the main reason is not just because of how good the food is (my signature order being the General Thairacha), but the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. My most recent visit involved me ordering the usual, but they recommended I try the meal with some fresh fish. I had been visiting this location for years almost weekly. Went back this week for the first time in 2 years and based on my experience it's gone down hill. Ordered the pad see ew and biggest disappointment was rather than chinese broccoli as the menu states it was served with regular broccoli. Shrimp weren't as good of quality as they used to be either. Ordered it 'spicy' and not much for spice. The staff were friendly though...
