I spoke with manger in the store in that date, see my below review again, my suggestion is 2 things, find a basic solution to organize your waiting line like every other normal business and train your employee to be professional. no one like to pay for something and get offended. I read other's reviews and the owner's reply first, if the owner read my review, this is for you :it is totally ignorant if you see my experience is also an oversight happened in there, it is an ongoing issue you have it, you can ignore it or do some thing for maintaining a basic principle. My experience: Date 20 APRIL AT 7 PM. I was in the line with my son, an attendant went other window and start taking order with just arrived customer, I asked her don't you see us waiting here? what i Receives as a response was an absurd , rude and irrelative. Read moreStayed in the Falls for a night and everywhere I looked was endless Soft-Serve signage/ads. By the end of the evening it was my #1 priority.
Unfortunately by that time, every place selling frozen dairy (and dairy-like products) on 'The Hill' was closed. So the next morning before leaving town, I stopped in at this place.
I had the blue colour in a waffle cone (do not google blue waffle) and it was good. The flavour wasn't anything special, but the quality of the product seemed above average and the cone was elite!
Basically... if you end up with a craving after seeing soft-serve ads all night, then you could do much worse...
