Very bad customer service â extremely disappointing experience
We went to this restaurant with kids around 11 PM. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. It took a very long time for anyone to seat us, and the staff appeared lazy and uninterested. The customer service was also very rude throughout.
After placing our order, we had to wait more than 45 minutes for the food. When it finally came, the taste was terrible, the quality was poor, and the quantity was very little â definitely not worth the price.
We went as a group with our family and friends, but they said there was no accommodation to sit together. One of the restaurant staff suggested we place separate orders and sit at different tables. We agreed and placed our orders.
However, when our food arrived, our friends still hadnât received theirs. Since their child was hungry, we shared our food with them. Shockingly, one of the staff members came over and started shouting in front of everyone, saying âNo food sharing allowed!â He was very rude, unprofessional, and showed no manners or basic human decency. There was no apology â just yelling and humiliation.
We were deeply upset and left without finishing our meal. The man didnât speak in a polite way at all â he shouted loudly and behaved aggressively in front of all the customers.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences weâve ever had. No respect, no customer care, no basic humanity. We came to eat and pay for our food like any customer, not to be treated badly in public.
Highly not recommended. Avoid this place...

While I completely support tipping for good serviceâand often tip 18% or more when itâs deservedâtipping should be a choice based on the quality of service received, not a fixed charge.
We visited your restaurant late at night around 1:30 AM to celebrate a friendâs birthday dinner. It was the only place open nearby, and we were happy to find a spot to dine and spend time together. However, our experience with the service fell short of expectations: ⢠We had to ask for water instead of it being offered, which is a basic courtesy at any restaurant. ⢠The waitstaff were inattentive and at times, rude. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable asking questions or placing our orders. ⢠When our food arrived, it was simply placed on the table without any explanation a leaving. Since some dishes looked similar, we have to asked them for that. ⢠The restaurant wasnât even busy at the time, so we were surprised by the lack of attention and service.
The atmosphere was nice and the food was decent, but the overall service did not justify an automatic 18% gratuity. If a service fee is to be added, the service should at least meet a basic standard of hospitality and professionalism.

After about 10 minutes, we asked to see the menu while waiting. The waitress said a table would be ready soon and a menu would be brought to the table. Another 10 minutes passed before a different waitress brought us a very worn-out menu.
While browsing, we noticed the Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani was partially crossed out, so we asked a passing waitress if it was available. She checked with the chef and confirmed it was. After five more minutes, we were finally seated.
When we tried to order the biryani, another staff member told us it wasnât available, and that's why it was crossed out. We mentioned someone else had confirmed it with the chef, and instead of resolving the issue, she focused on identifying which waitress gave us the "wrong" information, even pointing at staff and asking, "was it her? Or her?" We didnât want to get anyone in trouble, so we just asked for a few more minutes to reorder. It was clear the staff werenât well-coordinated.
We eventually ordered. The food was just okayâgood enough to satisfy our hunger, but not memorable in taste.
To make things worse, while we were eating, we saw the owner (or manager) publicly scolding a waitress in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch, and the waitress looked clearly embarrassed.
Overall, it was far from a great dining...
