They made fun of me ….. Ok so here we go I was soo excited to see this place omg I was soo happy Imagine my surprise when I was waiting for my train a lot of variety’s weren’t available… so while waiting I went back to see what craffle was ready, the girl making the white chocolate one was like 10 mins I said ok no problem having already spent $40 I spent another $12 and while waiting I was soo sad They started to make fun of me yall said some other stuff but missed it while they checked on the foods I was waiting for “If you want it you can have it” starting laughing saw me, and went to the back this the cashier and the both chefs ….despite this I was still nice because they saw that I noticed them making fun of me… went over proceeded to wait now being overly nice to me … collected my purchase said thank you to the guy and the girl was saying thank you y’all she looked like I was bothering her… sad to say I can’t wait to tweet about this and a fan lost for sure I’ll find another place… too much discrimination in this world especially to a gem like me who is always kind to others….granted I could of been ignorant and called them out but instead I just held my head high and came to leave this review.. yes took the time to review this… hope no one is treated like this again… only took one photo to show what I waited for.

Funny thing is I was gonna spend more too and with my party events I’m always looking for things like this..

I bought these pretty things and I loss my appetite…. So sad...

Update: I went to check on the tiramisu/oreo square today and it was from 3 days ago. Is this normal? I thought it was made fresh daily…

Got the tiramisu and it was good with hazelnuts. It was around $10. Presentation was great in a transparent square box. Sponge was nice and fluffy and the cream was perfect sweetness. Would love to try other flavours as well!

If I had to say, the only thing that bothered me a little was that despite it being a gourmet experience I was not given a bag and instead it was just me buying this box of tiramisu “as is”. I was expecting them to do what typical Japanese store does, but instead I had to ask for a bag and was told it was extra $ for the paper bag. This didn’t sit well with me. If it’s an elevated experience and premium store I think the paper bag should be included as it didn’t feel right to be carrying this transparent box of tiramisu with me. $10 should be paper bag included period.

I worked in luxury retail before and we always provided bags for our customers as they know they get what they paid for. Just my 2 cents.

I understand in this economy everything is costly but if your going to advertise your brand as premium don’t go half way and have us “ask” for...
