I like Tim Horton's company as such. Because it is always friendly service and excellent coffee quality. But this particular branch of Tim Hortons is especially dear to me. I would say that for me this is the best place in the city, a visit to which can cheer up in any situation💔. Maybe I'm too bigoted, but for me Tim Hortons is a symbol of Canada. As for this particular branch, I would say that the coffee here is simply excellent!!! I know that there are various mark-up categories of Tim Hortons coffee shops. And specifically in this coffee shop, coffee is a little more expensive. And that's what makes me happy!!! The local coffee is rich and hot☕. Everything is as I love it!!! As a permanent customer (although not having a points card) I have received free coffee or a donut 🍩 more than once. Which is very nice!!! To be honest, I have been in such situations several times when unreliable customers stole my coffee. And anyway, as a result, the Tims staff resolved this situation in my favor. As you understand, my dear readers, Tim Hortons is not just a coffee shop for me, it's a way of life!!!

I feel like they need to hire more staff and have a supportive system when mobile orders are being ordered. I ordered my ice capp in the morning and knowing they are busy decided to choose a later time to pick up which the tim hortons app told me it would be ready by a certain time. I came to this location as it is my first time living around the area. My experience is horrible. I was standing waiting in the mobile pickup and it wasn’t even ready. I saw my ice capp behind a coffee machine but it looked so water downed - literally turned into an ice coffee and was made wayyy early. The staff gave it to me and I complained that it is not an ice capp as it is water downed. I saw the line up too was super long, and the staff looked like they were so disorganized. I know at least 2-3 people saw me standing waiting for my order in the mobile pick up station and didn’t bother acknowledging me. Read moreThe woman who works there seems to discriminate against some customers she doesn’t like. She pulled on me one of the oldest discrimination tricks. Instead of simply serving me normally, she asked me the same question twice after I answered it and she accepted the response early on. I called her bluff telling her I already answered her question, and she just entered some thing in the computer and moved on as she already knew. This is unacceptable. Screen your employees better for discrimination against some customers. They usually pick one in a hundred to discriminate against to make it hard for their boss to detect the discrimination.
