Overall the ramen quality is up to standard with the slow cooked Chashu was very tasty. Despite thin, the pork waa tender with good fat and meat ratio, black pepper sits inside the meat added a nice twist. The white soup was really thick and well prepared, intense with a super big wide shallow bowl, nice. The soya sauce based with braised pork was not bad either. The pork was so tender and the fat melt in your mouth and well seasoned. The ramen was a tiny bit hard but overall good.
The Nagoya Chicken Wings were impressive with a very crispy skin and juicy inside. Ready of snacks were average.
Side story about service …. The funny thing was though during start of business dinner time, some how chef needed to do some demonstration and we were being told the food would only be ready in 30 mins (when peak hour started on Friday evening) Good that they had the head up and the food did arrived late . However, within 10 minutes upon ramen arrival and in the middle of food inside mouth still, , the gal came with the credit terminal and said it was peak hour and there was time limit and have to pay bill. Would hope that she came when at least the mouthful of food had finished and that she understood that while customers can wait and with food arrived late, the system and the timing of her just can’t wait.
Anyway, the place is small, ok comfy to seat with regular HK crowded tables. Still a good place to enjoy a nice ramen. A tiny bit on the up side for price. It came down the staircase on the side,...

I just visited this ramen restaurant with two colleagues and experienced an incredibly frustrating and disappointing situation.
We first arrived at around 1:05 pm. There was one woman ahead of us in line, and shortly after, a single man joined the queue behind us. A couple of minutes later, a table for four became available, and the hostess understandably seated the woman waiting first. However, she then proceeded to seat the single man behind us at the same four-person table, leaving the three of us still waiting and two seats vacant.
A few minutes later, although some other customers left, we were still kept waiting. Finally, the hostess said she could offer us seats at the bar and then…left us waiting again. By this point, it was already 1:30 pm. Considering the additional indeterminate wait time for the food after finally being seated, we doubted we'd even be eating by 1:50 pm, so we decided to leave.
The one star is for the potentially great food based on other reviews—we never got to try it! ZERO stars for the absolutely illogical service. Filling a four-person table with only two people while a larger group waits, especially when that group arrived earlier, simply...
Read more28/8 I ordered a limited menu (168$). First of all, I asked the floor staff, "Can I have Kaedama?"She said yes. When I finished eating, I pointed to the menu book and asked that staff earlier to give me another Kaedama to avoid any misunderstandings. However, it does not come out even if I wait for 5 minutes. I asked her to point to the menu book again. However, it does not come out even after another 10 minutes. The noodle was completed at the timing when I was frustrated and paid the bill. And she tried to add the Kaedama price as well.
The service of the floor staff who is too cruel. I will not go here again.
Service is local restaurant level (just not noisy). In my personal opinion, I think the first accent of soy sauce soup is weak. It does not have any characteristics. The chashu pork has good volume, appearance and impact. It also has a strong flavor. In Hong Kong, where humidity is high, there is always a problem of condensation near the air conditioner due to steam in ramen restaurants, and I hope also Cubism will do its best to deal with...
