based on the reviews, I went here with high expectations, which I shouldn't have had in the first place. We had two kakigori, one strawberry and one matcha. The matcha was fairly good, while the strawberry was average considering it cost more than 100 HKD. I thought there would be layers or filling, but all I got was ice and syrup. I know the ice is imported from "Japan," but does it really matter? It's made of ice. Furthermore, you will still apply some syrup.

In terms of service, nothing stands out—not even a smile to welcome a customer—and we were informed that our 40-minute allotted time for our eating session was almost up. If there is a wait, I understand that we have a time limit, but there isn't one, and the store isn't particularly busy. The table behind us even stayed longer than we did, and they didn't even bother to remind them—possibly because we are tourists, but it's unprofessional to tell us to leave.

P.S. We were not aware that we would only have 45 minutes and there were no rules for this.

Overall, not worth the trip; nicer desserts can be found elsewhere, and I wouldn't even suggest this store to anyone.

This is an honest opinion about my trip there, it maybe different with others. I just hope that they can improve and...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting "Shari Shari Kakigori House," a Japanese-style shaved ice specialty store, and had a fantastic experience. The store's Japanese decor is beautiful, and the service is excellent, with a complimentary gift provided to customers.

I ordered the strawberry shaved ice, and it was absolutely divine. The flavor was rich, and the texture of the ice was incredibly smooth, light, and fluffy, reminiscent of cotton candy. It was the perfect dessert on a hot summer night.

One aspect that impressed me was the diverse mix of customers, with both locals and foreigners enjoying the shaved ice. This speaks to the store's broad appeal and popularity.

I arrived at the store around 8:30 pm without a reservation and had to wait for about 10 minutes before being seated. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

In summary, I highly recommend this shaved ice store to anyone looking for a delicious and unique dessert experience. The flavors and texture of the shaved ice are exceptional, and the Japanese-style decor and courteous service add to the overall ambiance. This is a must-visit destination for all...

Shari Shari is undoubtedly the best place in Hong Kong to indulge in authentic Japanese-style milk shaved ice. I have to say, it tops my list when it comes to this delightful dessert. The portions are incredibly generous, making it perfect for sharing with friends or loved ones.

One of my personal favorites is the strawberry flavor, which reminds me of the rich and sweet taste of Meiji chocolate. However, I must admit that I was looking forward to trying the pistachio flavor, but unfortunately, it was only available for a limited time. Nonetheless, my experience at Shari Shari has always been delightful, and it has become a go-to dessert spot for me.

The texture is light, fluffy, and melts in your mouth, creating a refreshing and satisfying sensation. The balance between the milk and the fruit flavors is spot-on, and each spoonful is a burst of delightful taste.

Whether you're a fan of milk shaved ice or looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, this place is definitely worth a visit. I personally can't wait to go back and explore more of their...
