As its name suggests, George Private Kitchen is a members-only restaurant with George as the owner chef. Hidden on the 9/F of a commercial building in Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant actually occupies all 3 units without connecting them, maximizing the privacy of each dining room. The living room like environment is very warm. The biggest table can accommodate up to 18 guests. Reservation must be made in advance with menu pre-designed as well. Corkage is completely free. George explains that his culinary inspiration originates from this old Chinese book called “Food Bible”. His interpretation of the classic Cantonese dishes is simple yet impressive. Highly recommend the flavourful Golden Shrimp Toast, the crispy Grilled Caulilini with XO Sauce, and the tender Beef Briskets with...
