This is a lovely and quaint family run hotel, built around a beautiful courtyard. My husband and I came in quite late due to delays at the airport and the kind receptionist send us to the only place open nearby for the last half of the Super Bowl. The only thing I would change is to put a lot more information regarding Salento at the front. Maps, tours, points of interests, ect. The front desk girls are so sweet but do not speak English. Worse comes to worst, there is a tourism office nearby but you need to find it on your own and only if you know to look for it. This is a hidden...

We had fresh, made to order breakfast every morning. They have such an extensive menu with many western menu items and we found the food to be the best in the area. The kitchen is clean and open air. You might even get lucky and see locals playing soccer at the field next door or chat with Marcela the parrot. Such a friendly small town feel. The restaurant also lets you write your name on their wall to “leave your mark” which is fun to read where everyone is from around the world. ||The family who owns this hotel is absolutely amazing!
