I was booking through booking2 2 beds in a shared room, but I called them to ask if they had a private room left, they told me yes. When we arrived,he gave us a room with a double bed and a bunk bed, saying that he didn't know if someone else was arriving, the first night we've been alone, the second night, we shared the room with 2 other people, but we still payed the the rate of a private room. You have 4 minutes of hot water in the shower, but the first day the water has been always cold. Wifi didn't work most of the time. Kitchen is small, but has the necessary, the only problem is if the women of the family living there are going to cook, they gonna be for hours in the kitchen using all the space. We traveled all around Colombia, this has been the second more expensive place we have been, not worth it at all. They moved people from a room to another one all the time, they don't have any organizations, they just accept people and reservation randomly to fill the hostel, we saw also people arriving with a reservation, and moved to an other hostel.....

Le gérant n’est autre qu’un voleur et un menteur.||Nous avions réservé deux nuits et en arrivant à 9h on demande s’il est possible d’avoir la chambre dans pas trop longtemps. Il accepte volontiers en nous assurant qu’elle sera prête à 11h et qu’on peut en attendant squatter les parties communes et aller aux toilettes comme bon nous semble. Vers 11h30, je descend pour aller aux toilettes et je vois qu’elles ont toutes un panneau « CONDAMNÉES NE PAS UTILISER » qui n’y était pas avant. Je lui demande donc s’il y en a qui fonctionne. Son attitude a complètement changée et il fait mine de ne pas me comprendre. Il finit par m’en indiquer une, complètement souillée et sans papier. Je ressors en lui demandant du papier et pareil il continue à faire genre « désolé je ne sais pas ce que c’est papel »||||Je lui demande donc si la chambre est prête et il me dit que non, ce ne sera pas avant 15h.||On lui avait pourtant bien dit que s’il ne pouvait pas nous donner la chambre rapidement, ce qu’on comprenait parfaitement, on annulait la réservation et on allait ailleurs.||Je lui demande donc de me rembourser ce que nous lui avons payé en arrivant (soit les deux nuits sans même voir la chambre). Au début il accepte, appelle booking pour annuler ma réservation sans frais puis fini par retourner sa veste et refuse de me rendre l’argent en me disant qu’il va déduire les frais booking et 10000 pesos pour l’utilisation des toilettes. On croit rêver.||||Face à notre agacement, il a pris un air hautain et fier de lui. Il a fini par appeler les flics en leur mentant ouvertement. Évidemment ces derniers ne nous ont pas du tout aidé et lui ont donné raison||||Face à la situation nous n’avions pas d’autres choix que de partir sans notre...
