I stayed in Prague with my family for two weeks a while back. For the full two weeks our stay was top notch.
First of all, communication was friendly, simple, clear and fast. We noticed that the staff worked well as a team which made customer service flawless. They are committed and visibly aim to provide the best possible service in which they do not overdo it. For example, they are present when you have a question and at the same time are not in your face 24/7. This resulted in a relaxing stay. We knew exactly what to expect. Check-in didn't take long and before we knew it we were in our hotel room. Which brings me to the next point.
The room was beautiful. We enjoyed two wonderfully soft beds. Although the room was not very wide, it gave a spacious feeling because the ceiling was very high. In addition, they use calm and luxurious colors for the wallpaper, carpet and curtains. The bathroom had two different lights so you could go with sheet light and dimmed light. The shower was neat and clean and you could use two different shower heads with somewhat stronger and lesser water pressure. Note that there is not a lot of storage space for clothes, which isn't really a problem if you are only staying for about 1 to 7 days (we were there for a remarkably long time).
Breakfast has a wide range of choices. I will name the, for me, most notable ones. Every morning you can order a freshly baked omelet or simple fried egg. In terms of bread, you have the basics: croissants and white or brown slices, as well as real quality bakery bread. There was a wide selection of cereal/granola and what I noticed was that you could also have chia seeds (I don't come across this often in hotels). There are options for vegans, vegetarians and even allergies are taken into account, but if there are questions about allergies I recommend contacting the hotel. Also during breakfast, there are constantly staff members around to clean up dirty dishes or answer questions, without really “bothering” you.
Oh and, quick in between: they have umbrellas in case it rains!
Finally, I have no major points to mention that were a little less. I really enjoyed the stay and am grateful for the experience. Staying at Mgallery in the Old Town Prague I...

Nestled in the heart of Prague, Century Old Town Prague - MGallery offers an elegant retreat with spacious rooms, a prime location, and warm hospitality. However, certain quirks may influence your overall experience.
Parking Woes & First Impressions Arriving at the hotel, valet parking proved to be a challenge. Without a designated space to leave the car, the process felt disorganized, nearly resulting in my vehicle being towed by local authorities. This unexpected hurdle set a stressful tone at the outset.
Dining: A Tale of Two Experiences Breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant were superb—excellent food paired with efficient service made for delightful meals. However, dinner brought an unexpected twist. A simple request for a medium-rare steak resulted in a 40 to 45-minute wait, attributed to a traditional French-style service approach. While the culinary philosophy may appeal to some, it felt unusual in a setting where one might expect more flexibility.
Comfort & Atmosphere The accommodations were truly impressive. Spacious bedrooms and wonderfully comfortable beds made for a restful stay, ensuring relaxation after exploring Prague’s vibrant streets. The location itself is nothing short of fantastic, allowing easy access to the city’s historic charm and key attractions.
Service & Hospitality What truly sets Century Old Town Prague apart is its exceptionally kind and accommodating staff. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth help counterbalance some of the logistical challenges.
Final Thoughts While certain aspects of the experience—particularly valet parking and dinner service—may require patience, the hotel’s prime location, comfortable rooms, and welcoming staff make it a compelling choice for visitors to Prague. A few adjustments could elevate the experience from good to seamless, but for those willing to embrace its quirks, Century Old Town Prague - MGallery remains an elegant stay in the heart...
