Indian Amaze, Palladium Shopping Centre After walking nearly 5–6 miles (~8–9.5 km), we were absolutely starving and in desperate need of a good meal. We turned to Google and came across Indian Amaze. At first, finding the place was a bit confusing—maps showed a location, but it turned out to be inside the Palladium mall. Eventually, we made our way to the second floor and found it. The restaurant itself looked quite nice—clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Most of the staff seemed to be in their late 40s and while they were efficient, they weren’t particularly warm or welcoming (no smiles, no water served by default—we had to purchase it). There’s no dedicated hand wash station either, only a toilet that had a queue, which is expected in a busy mall. We visited for lunch and again later for dinner. During lunch, the food arrived in about 20 minutes. At dinner, we arrived around 9:50 PM, and were initially told they couldn’t take any more orders. When we mentioned we had visited earlier in the day, they quickly agreed to serve us, and the food came out much faster—under 10 minutes. The vibe also shifted and the staff suddenly became more friendly. That change alone bumped my service rating from a 3 to a 5—not because the service was outstanding, but because I appreciated their effort and could see they were managing a busy floor. Now, the food—absolutely worth it. We ordered: • Chicken Biryani • Egg Fried Rice • Butter Garlic Naan • Butter Chicken • Chicken Zaffran Each dish was flavorful, satisfying, and really hit the spot. If you’re after authentic and tasty Indian food, this place is definitely a must-visit. The only letdown was the Mango Lassi—overly sweet and sugary. I wouldn’t order that again. But aside from that, everything else was excellent. Photos are attached for your reference.

We saw this place the other day and decided to have linner at Indian Amaze yesterday. It is an Indian restaurant at the Palladium's food court area. Though it is in the food court, each restaurant has a dedicated seating section. Hubby and I over ordered a bit since we weren't sure how big the servings are. Had we known, we would have gotten a dish and rice to share. Unlike in the US, the dishes here do not come with rice. Thankfully, my husband mentioned he wanted his butter chicken spicy. The waiter advised they only have mild butter chicken so he opted for chicken tikka masala instead. As for me, my choice was the chicken tikka jhalfrezi. We also got an order of vegetable samosas and garlic naan. A bottle of still water was also a must. The chutney served with the samosas was delightful. I noticed they used pomegranate for it. The naan was fresh and flavorful. Both our chicken dishes were delicious. I thought mine had just the right amount of spice. We paid about $60 for everything so it was reasonable for the amount and quality of food we received. Could have been less expensive though. Our server was also friendly and attentive. He didn't push for a tip so he got to keep the change :)

Wow, what an incredible dining experience at Indian Amaze in Prague! We opted for the all-you-can-eat option, and it was truly a revelation. The variety and quality of dishes were outstanding, with each one more delicious than the last. The flavors were rich, authentic, and expertly balanced. We also tried a few additional items outside of the buffet, and they were equally impressive. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring our glasses were always full and our plates were never empty. The only minor disappointment was the mango lassi, which didn't quite hit the mark. However, the salted lassi was absolutely fantastic and made up for it! Overall, Indian Amaze is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine in Prague. The all-you-can-eat option is a steal, and we left feeling satisfied but not stuffed. I would like to recommend it if you are in Prague and thinking of Indian cuisine.

So finally the moment that broke it - The young guy working at the restaurant was quite rude to one of my request about the extra invoice today. I understand the ask was beyond the expectation and I can expect to hear a NO for it because I asked for an extra help that I did not pay for. If he had said a polite NO - it would have been fine but he said it with an ugly look and some arrogance with straightforward words.

When I tried to convey that I am dining here everyday since last 10+ days - he showed no care for my loyalty to the restaurant, instead said you are here for food and paying for it - you have not paid anything extra or a tip. FAIR, you are right my dear young friend - but your words and attitude are wrong.

Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and gestures, I thought of taking a picture with whole staff on the last day of my trip as a memory and to show the respect but I think you have already given me a memory.

However what you have lost is 75+ dinners and 40+ referrals.

Luckily, there are some other Indian restaurants and I hope they will treat me better. I appreciate these two mid age waiters - they are extremely polite and friendly. I feel bad that I have to write this because they would be sad to know this and I am sad for their feelings. But this is for that young waiter with a nice attitude that I don’t find acceptable....

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Indian Amaze and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel at home right away. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that our dining experience was flawless from start to finish.

The menu offered a delightful variety of traditional Indian dishes, each prepared with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was a perfect blend of spices, fresh herbs, and vibrant flavors. The presentation was also impressive, adding to the overall experience.

What truly stood out was the level of service. Our server (PARKASH) was extremely courteous, offering recommendations based on our preferences and making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The team worked seamlessly, ensuring that our water glasses were always full and that we felt comfortable throughout our meal.

Whether you're a seasoned lover of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this restaurant delivers an unforgettable dining experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding food and exceptional service! Thanks...
