Aperol Spritz terrace Mánes Praha — Restaurant in Prague

We came to this establishment for the first time. Aperol is very tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired! We were served by the waitress Misha, who, while paying, very sarcastically told us “in our establishment, tips are required!” . This was not written anywhere on the menu, no one told us this in advance, and even when we called them to reserve a table they did not tell us anything like this. And excuse me, what service should I pay for? The menus were sticky, loud music, the waitress stood in one place when she brought drinks and we just passed our drinks to each other, although our table was located so that everyone could be approached without problems. If at the beginning of everything we thought that maybe we would return here, then after this caustic comment we will never say the same to our friends. We also paid 1050 CZK for 5 regular Aperols and one lemonade, when in fact the total cost should not have been more than 900. I came here today for my birthday with my friends, we were not a big group- but it doesn’t mean we need to get zero service and bad behaviour from Michal (he was our waiter), at first it was good when we came, but then when we asked for drinks when he was near the table (it was rather loud to hear as he was one step away from our table) but he just walked and didn’t come back, then he and other girl were not polite while asking if we want to order anything else or bringing drinks. Then after asking for another drink he said (Co pak..) in a non-polite way. When it was the last drink we wanted to order, he brought it and.. didn’t take an empty glass, we asked him to take it… but he took it with force so the straw fell out from the glass. We asked for his name and he said “Michal.. můžu Vám klidně i dát papírek na recenze”. So we are here writing a feedback! After that probably he went back to bartender or manager then returned with 3 glasses and 3 shots of limoncello as apology… but it was a learn text that was told by manager to him to say it in a specific order. Awful service, waiters didn't know anything about the items on the menu. We ordered the "variety of appetizers" which seemed to confuse the waiter. We pointed many times at what we wanted, and after about 5 minutes, we were told to choose two appetisers for the variety, so we chose prosciutto and burrata. When our food arrived, we got two full servings of appetisers, there was no variety. We also ordered two glasses of wine, which didn't come after 20 minutes, so we asked to cancel them. When we got our bill, it had two full servings of prosciutto and buratta, instead of the variety mix we asked for (which was significantly cheaper). The waiter then tried to say we didn't order the variety, which was false. His more senior manager came to help, and even said in czech "well they ate it so they will pay for it". There was zero understanding from the waiting staff, and zero respect either. If you don't understand what variety means, when it's on your menu, then you need better training. Food was fine, prosciutto was just generic ham from the supermarket, not real prosciutto....
