Great place to enjoy a little break while exploring Prague!

Kampa island is a picturesque and scenic area in the city, therefore a perfect place to stop, take a breath, refresh - and exactly this is what Bohemian Bistro offers as well!

We only sat down outside at the square for a quick snack, ordered coca colas and local cheesecake called Misa, which by the way was yummy and very rich in flavor! I also had Aperol Spritz, unfortunately not that good in taste, rather watery and not well mixed. The positive thing is all drinks can be ordered "to go" if you are in a rush.

The staff was very nice and friendly, I appreciated that, but they could have been a little faster. It looked like only one person was doing the job and the rest were hidden inside the restaurant and nowhere to be seen. As this bistro is part of the hotel complex, toilets were available at the reception with very nice and expensive amenities (however the hand lotion bottle was empty). Paid by card. Visited in August 2022.

Tip: Outside on the façade is a little plaquette indicating the level of water during the flooding in 2002. Very interesting to imagine where...

I chose this place for breakfast based on google maps ratings and it was a very good choice. Cosy place in a great location and very good coffee. For breakfast, we ordered an omelette with Prague ham and shakshouka. A very tasty omelette. Shakshouka was quite sweet and delicate (I’d prefer more spicy) but objectively also very good. For dessert a delicious passion fruit cheesecake. On the plus side, I have to mention a friendly staff and very clean toilets, which include L'Occitane soap and hand lotion as standard (also in the men's one). A very nice...

Absolutely terrible food. We were in the area and saw the 4.2 rating and felt we could not go wrong. I am fairly forgiving when it comes to rating restaurants but my wife and I were in agreement that the Potato soup and Pork Schnitzel were very poor. Firstly the potato soup was very greasy and watery with a small potato component. They had run out of potato salad so I had some very ordinary tasting french fries with the tough, dry pork schnitzel. The bill for soup, schnitzel and 2 small non-alcoholic beers came to 650 CZK. So not only bad food but...
