The atmosphere would be nice if it wouldn't be for the very rude staff, we actually got up and left because the staff is unacceptably rude instead of eating and drinking like we intended to do. When we got there we were seated very quickly and we barely had time to open the menus before the waitress came to take our order, as we hadn't been given enough time my partner proceed to ask about what kind of beer they had she didn't answer and just wrote it down and then looked at me both sighing and glaring at me with quite the attitude wanting me to tell her what I wanted and since I didn't know I asked her nicely to give us more time to decide and she stormed of like it was the end of the world. We then decided to leave, since she didn't know what kind of beer my partner wanted the order was not complete. They then proceeded to come out with a beer of unknown brand and since we had left she decided to send another waiter to the restaurant we decided to eat at instead and confront us quite rudely I might add, why we left the restaurant instead of staying there. The restaurant next door (at the golden scissors) is to recommend instead, very nice food and very...

I opted out of the optional 10% tip - the waiter got angry at us.

After visiting the Lennon Wall, me and my friends looking for a restaurant to sit down and eat.

I had the roast duck which was a little dry. Pretty sure that it had been sitting there for a while as duck is a fatty meat. Not sure what was going on with the ‘potatoes’, they were like sponges. Gravy was nice, but had a layer of oil on top. Red cabbage was okay. Bread pudding was okay. For its price, there are other places you should walk to to have good Czech food.

The powdered sugar on the strudel was when the waiter asked for a 10% tip on top of a pricy meal - I refused. He then got angry with us and started a story about how they need the 10% for the staff and cooks. They gave the option and I made my choice. Reading other reviews, this is clearly not the first or last time this will happen.

In summary, don’t go here as there are better choices within a 5 minute walk and...

Cosy, good food, had an issue which brought the experience down.

Got a pepperoni pizza, out of the three pizza choices, and added ham which was on another pizza on the menu.

When the bill came I was charged 235ck for the ham as it was another meal entirely, according to chef that's all they could do. Looking at the menu the ham I was charged for came with sides which I didn't receive though. I also wasn't informed this would be the case as most restaurant would only charge an added topping cost (as it was on another pizza I thought this would be the case)

If I was told prior that it would be twice the price for the pizza I would have changed my mind.

The staff then stood over us waiting for a tip as service wasn't included, I told him to take it out of the ham as the cost of the pizza meant our bill was already more than 20% more expensive.

Last day in Prague, small issue; could have been avoided. Good...

Small cozy place very centrally placed, close to the water and Charles Bridge. They were kind to let us in with strollers with no discussion. We ordered pasta for the kids and a mixed grill plate (980 CZK) to be shared by two adults. When the food arrived, I was surprised to see how little we got for the money. The meat was extremely salty - probably to cover how dry and tasteless it would otherwise be (slightly disappointed). The prices were higher than other places (also the beer - and not even craft) and it was strange to see that a 10% TIP was expected by the staff and also printed on the receipt. Would probably not recommend unless other places are full, you just need some food and don't care about the price.

My wife, mother and law and I are visiting Prague for vacation. We came across Červená Sedma by accident and decided to stop in for a little espresso and mulled wine. Our experience was relaxing, super cute, and unforgettable. The atmosphere is serene, with a beautiful tree line right next to the outdoor patio. The mulled wine was some of the best we’ve ever had; the kind of beverage that makes you feel warm, cozy, and in a good mood on a gorgeous night in Prague. Lucas our server (who makes the delicious mulled wine himself) was so kind and welcoming. If you’re reading this and looking for a great stop during your adventure in this city, look no further and sit down at Červená Sedma!

Our first time in Prague and we ended up eating here the day we arrived randomly and were so happy, decided to come again on our last night and it was as great if not better. The kicker was the awesome music also they were playing ! Great food and fantastic suggestions on wine pairing. Special shout out to Lucas our server, made the evening even better . Wishing them all the success , they totally deserve it. If you visit Prague , make sure you put this place on your list. Note : don’t sit in the one next to it ( some hotel restaurant), not a patch on Sedma .
