Duse v peri — Restaurant in Prague

i went with a party of 4 and the table had ordered but i wasn’t particularly feeling a beverage at the time. even before we could order the barista walked up to us twice and asked if we needed the menu explained to us in a rather degrading manner. while my friends were ordering she grew irritated that we were pointing to and saying what we wanted instead of pointing and saying it louder?? made no sense. we came to just sit quietly and peacefully to complete some work. at one moment i took out my water bottle (which i carry around because water is not free in prague!!) and before i could even take a sip, she rushes over and slams a cup of water on our table, explaining to me that it is “forbidden” to bring outside drinks inside a cafe and storms off grunting. water that maybe accounted for two sips in a tiny cup in which she also charged us for?!?! xenophobic vibes and ill-tempered...

Absolutely loved this café! The coffee was exceptional, and the desserts were incredibly delicious. What made our experience even more special was the warm interaction with the barista from Ukraine. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but she was truly a gem! Chatting with her was so easy and enjoyable, and she gave us fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots around the city. We stayed in Prague for a few days, and every day we made sure to come back here for our favorite coffee. Highly recommend this spot to anyone...

Relaxing cafe to have a break from exploring the city ☺️ The waitress was very nice, friendly and helpful. Honey cake I read about from another review, YUM, super tasty 😍🎉 We ordered an espresso which my boyfriend said was very good. A bottle coke and a yasmin tea, which was excellently prepared. She brewed the tea at the counter, waited the necessary time for the infusion and brought it when it was done.
