Sapa-food Vodičkova — Restaurant in Prague

After years of ordering from this restaurant through Wolt, and although I always try to avoid it, I am forced to leave a negative review for this restaurant. I have often overlooked minor issues or delays, even though they are practically constant, and I didn't even write a review when I once found a hair in my soup or when something minor was missing from my order.

But enough is enough! Tonight, I ordered my usual Křupavé smažená kachna se zeleninou na sladkokyselé omačce a rýže, and not only was my delivery delayed twice, but the rice that should accompany the dish and that I paid for was not delivered. When I contacted the restaurant, they told me to reach out to Wolt, but Wolt has yet to respond, leaving me with an incomplete order and no solution.

It seems clear that the issue is with the restaurant, as I don’t experience similar problems with others. After so many oversights and lack of attention over the years, I have realized that there is no effort from the restaurant to improve service or the relationship with its customers. 1 star is more than generous, but if I could, I...

The best Vietnamese food so far I’ve ever tried on my trip around Europe. I hesitated at first since their name is “Asian food” in English and it looks a bit more fancy compared to other restaurants. We had Pho beef and Bun Cha, very authentic. The service is good, only sit 5mins and I got my food. Price is very good similar as Sapa market. The portion is also very big. Visited on monday at 11:30am. Not so crowded. But starting from 12:00 pm it’s getting more crowded so maybe you should do a reservation . I don’t know why it doesn’t have more stars. As a Vietnamese and I’ve tried many Vietnamese restaurants around europe, I can say this one is a good price- nice service - delicious...

Went few times, not only waitress forgot 1st time my order but 2d time and 3d time too. Like forgetting drinks till I am done, forgetting 2d meal etc.. alright but I order bamboo soup which had 0 bamboos inside and was only watter bouillon with few copped green onions 😌 little to mention I found not one but several long black ( I am blonde 100%) hairs in my meal when almost done hence I didn't bother to go to make a drama and reclamation as I saw 0 interest in custumer and anyway I was almost done and just wanted to continue my day...I came alsmot for Pho which is really good but I will not come...
