It is not the first time I visit this shop. I visited 2 years ago, the food and beer is good. I recommend to people who miss ramen in Chamonix. But this time l visited again, I feel totally disappointed. I understand every restaurant and shop are extremely busy in UTMB week. However, it is not an excuse to provide such bad service to customers. I visited with my friend the day before and the lady told us it was just full. And she felt annoying and asked us to wait far way from the shop. Since we’re very hungry, so we decided went elsewhere. As I said the food is good so I visited other day alone. This time the shop is not busy, there is more empty table. The lady ask me to sit outside. I sat for 10 minutes, no one serve me or give me menu. The lady bypassed me and chit chat with other tables. When she finally aware I sat here, she just gave me the menu and said nothing. Honestly, the ramen still good. But I will never come again. ( although I don’t think they care it) Right now, I will only recommend people to go there if you can speak French. So the lady can talk with you and...

Unbelievable, i got told that me and my family are not allowed to eat at their place as we got too many people😤😤 we suggested that we can be separated still they used extremely bad and rude manners telling us to leave. The chef replied in a very annoying way telling us that they won't allow us to get inside nor have a try at their food. I've been to Japan and had their traditional ramen before and their service manners were very different, they were really polite and nice to us, but somehow over here, we got treated in a very different way, very rude and disrespectful manners . As a conclusion, I don't recommend you to go to this restaurant if you have 2 or more people going or get ready being...

It’s been a pleasure to be eating true Japanese food in such a “far away” village in France. It’s been a shame that I personally got refused to enter the restaurant due to the chef claim that they cannot handle the amount of people we had, we are willing to sit separately however still got refused. My family and my friends are very very disappointed to both the extreme impolite service so as the hugely disrespectful tone as we were just trying to appreciate the food. As I haven’t yet have a chance to try the food therefore no comments can be given, however given that the service is that poor I wound probably never ever come back again, for me this restaurant is not recommended if you have more...

Some said why japanese food when you're at Chamonix but no regrets as it's a much better bowl of ramen that i could get compared here back in my hometown. It's owned by a Japanese guy (and wife i think) and that's a bonus as they usually put their all into preparing the meal. Ordered the Buta Ramen with miso soup based....which was strong in flavor. Hope they had tonkatsu soup based though. The noodles were handmade and cooked to perfection...springy texture. Chashu was nice but would be better if it's those japanese type with some layer of fat. All in all a good place if you need asian food at Chamonix and something soupy hot to keep you warm on a chilly evening.

Almost no service. The chef is not that polite. Two waiters are just okay. ——— Long waiting time. From ordering food to serve on the table around 30 minutes. But just need 5 minutes to eat all of it. ——— Ramen: very very small potion of ramen, two slices of bamboo, two half of snow peas, few of bean sprouts, one and a half pork. And I was told that it’s not possible to add another portion of pork…… (Price from 12.5). ——— Not recommend. It’s below average quality and quantity.
