I would not recommend organizing important events at this venue.
If you like the location for a wedding, I strongly advise hiring an experienced wedding planner to handle everything on your behalf, rather than dealing directly with the venue staff.
– Project Manager (person in charge): Unfortunately, she was not supportive and did less than the bare minimum. Although she responded to emails quickly, she frequently forgot important details, which we had to repeat multiple times — many of which were still overlooked on the wedding day. She also made sarcastic remarks, which made communication uncomfortable and unprofessional. She arrived 30 minutes late to one of our scheduled meetings and hadn’t even reserved a room — despite the fact that we had traveled 13 hours by plane for that meeting. There were too many things like that. Completely unacceptable.
– Catering: Overall, the service was good — except for the dessert. The dessert buffet was disappointing: poorly stocked and completely depleted before all guests were served. This was particularly surprising because:

– Macaron tower and wine: We specifically requested a macaron tower instead of a croquembouche — both during in-person meetings and in multiple emails — yet we were only given plain macarons with no tower presentation. Additionally, we had paid for upgraded wine, but it was downgraded at the last minute to a much younger and lower-quality option that tasted like ordinary table wine. Also note: if you wish to do a second menu tasting for any reason, they charge €850 for two people, excluding wine.
– The DJ: He ignored emails, missed scheduled calls, and was nearly impossible to reach until the very last minute. When we raised this with the project manager, her only response was, “Oh, but he’s usually very responsive.” Didn’t help us at all.
