If you're in Paris, La Pistacherie is a must-visit for dessert lovers. My wife and I stumbled upon this gem during our trip, and WOW, the Nutella and pistachio crepes are absolutely to die for! The combination of rich Nutella with the crunchy pistachio filling is perfection, and they’re crafted with such care that every bite is pure bliss.

That said, there are a few downsides. First, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. We had to wait over 45 minutes just to get our crepes, which feels a bit excessive, especially when you're craving something sweet. The lines aren’t well organized, and there's a lot of confusion about where to stand or who’s next, which could definitely use some improvement. The process is a bit awkward—you have to go inside to pay, then go back outside to pick up your crepes, and then head back inside for your drink. With the lines overlapping each other, it creates a chaotic experience that’s not very efficient.

Despite the disorganization and the long wait, I have to say, those Nutella and pistachio crepes are totally worth it. The desserts here are exceptional, and they’ve earned their spot as a Parisian favorite. So while the process could be smoother, if you’re craving something sweet, La Pistacherie delivers...

Just take into consideration the average rating. I didnt and wanted to try it myself as i am a pistachio lover. Products are average. Gelato was ok, madeleine was also ok, but no difference from one bought at supermarket, no sensation of melt in mouth, butteriness, smoothness , the beignet had pistachio butter from the jar. Honestly, i expected more given how high this place is advertising, at least some home made pistachio cream, not something i can buy in a jar. For the level of tastefulness this city offers, you really should level up given the hype you induce. Not to mention you really need to think of a management queues plan. We are all patiently waiting in queue, no worry, but when one of your personelle members comes out and just asks us to squeeze even more in that little space, when there are 30° outside and no AC, it is simply unprofessional. You had 2 people at cashing in and only one at delivering products for the whole time i was in queue. It was very uncomfortable. It s a shame, so many little things that would...

Deeply disappointed. This place benefits heavily from clever advertising, but the reality falls far short of expectations. The ice cream was entirely forgettable, something you could easily find in any average Italian gelateria at half the price. The pistachio flavor, in particular, was overwhelmingly sweet, to the point that the actual pistachio taste was lost completely. However, the most frustrating aspect was the disorganized and inefficient management. First, you queue to place your order and pay. Then, after waiting through that, you're required to queue again just to collect your ice cream. If you’ve also ordered a crepe, prepare to queue a third time. This confusing and time-consuming system led to serious consequences we actually witnessed two customers faint due to the long wait in the heat. Overall, this was far from the enjoyable experience we expected. Poor value, poor logistics, and a total lack of customer care. Not...

We made an unplanned stop at La Pistacherie while visiting Paris. I can't speak to wait times for dine-in service, but getting a couple of pastries to-go/ take away was a quick and simple experience with pleasant counter service. We got a pistachio cream croissant and a pistachio cream beignet with a thick stripe of raspberry preserves on top of the beignet. The pistachio croissant was very good. The beignet was amazing! Probably the best I'd ever had. Please note that this business appears to be more of a touristy shoppe and the prices reflect this. But, the item prices were clearly marked, so no surprises. If you do get a beignet, I'd suggest making sure you get the type with the raspberry stripe on top (since it was unclear if there's raspberry included in the ones without the stripe).
