Restaurant Brasserie Flores Paris 9 — Restaurant in Paris

The service in this restaurant is terribly bad!!! The waiter and even the manager of this restaurant are both racists!!! I really don't understand now, year of 2019, why are there still racists in this world? in Paris? I have been to Paris several times, before this, I had so many beautiful memories and excellent experiences in Paris, I was really really really shocked when I experienced racism here in Paris! What I experienced just now was: When I was sitting inside the restaurant , two Chinese people came in and sit besides me, they can't speak either English or French, so I helped them with the translation. At the beginning, they ordered one beer and one mint tea, then a waiter asked them to check the bill immediately, I was surprised because usually we pay when we are about to leave...Then, they finished the beer, wanted to have another round, I ordered for them, then they paid again, then their friend came in , ordered another beer, and paid the third time...the waiter at that time was already impatient, then later, the girl wanted to order the meal, I told the waiter that the girl would like to order something to eat... then the waiter started to yield to me：‘’I can't only serve for you, I am busy... you should order everything at once....‘’ that was very strange, because it was him who asked to pay again and again! I can imagine if they are not Chinese, he would only ask them to pay when they want to leave! But at that moment I said sorry to him, and also other 3 Chinese people, we kept saying sorry to him, even though I didn't think we did anything wrong, then I was really offended by what he said next:" this is not in China, this is in France, you Chinese...blabla.." I was very angry, this is nothing to do with my nationality! He was the one who made things complicated! I really don't know why he said this, he was very very very rude! Then the manager came, I expected that he would say something, but actually he didn't say anything but "stop", then I came to argue with him, still he said nothing and just ignored me!!!!! They are terrible racists !!! I will never ever come to this restaurant...

The staff, may be the owner of the restaurant, not be friendly maybe called horrible. From the starting, we did request if there was duck legs but he said didn't know what that was, then we ordered one combo with dessert and it seems he said didn't have the main (maybe there was some misunderstanding) then we checked if other main course for that combo in the same price, that he said yes. After finishing the main we requested the dessert , chocolate cake with Vanilla icecream, but he let me have other like redberries ice-cream only that I not liked also no cake, then he sent me cake again with red icecream but I mentioned him I want Vanilla ice-cream per the order, in that moment, he said me no, no. I said why not tell me in the starting as I might not order that dessert, he said nothing. Finally, we paid the bills even waiting for some time, then we walked to the cashier, when we received the bill and saw the prices not the combo price, the owner not friendly said that was the price, （actually there was just €8.xx difference) as I was really unhappy and accidentally said call police, the owner yelled to call police and hitted my shoulder then, I was afraid and angry and said don't touch me, As I have no time and need go for another event so we paid the bill finally but the owner still said "Stay home". I returned him he was really need to stay home and not work as his attitude was very rude. As an restaurant, he had the patience to clarify everything not like that kind manner to serve.

I will never not visit that Paris restaurant again. THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD.

FUYEZ !!!!!!! FUYEZ!!!!!!!! FUYEZ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Je donne une étoile et encore c'est bien payé ! Il y a 3 semaines , assise à une table en train d'attendre une amie , la serveuse très ronchonne , me bouscule presque pour essuyer la table , et me reproche sur un ton très agressif , de poser mes coudes sur celle ci ( sur la table , pas sur la serveuse ) , ce qui " l'empechait de la nettoyer" . Hier soir , je rejoins cette meme amie au meme endroit. Et là, un homme en tablier, trapu et très bourru , s'approche pour prendre notre commande. Mon amie désirait prendre un café crème et moi un coca light et nous souhaitions également prendre une assiette de frites. Je vous décris la scène telle qu'elle s'est déroulée et je vous laisse juger... L'homme rond au tablier : Vous voulez quoi? Mon amie : Une assiette de frites et ... L'homme rond au tablier (ne la laissant par terminer sa phrase) : des frites c'est pas une boisson , donc si c'est ça c'est dehors ! Mon amie me regarde alors interloquée. Et poursuit sa phrase : .... et un coca light et un café creme ! L'homme trapu nous regarde avec un air de mépris certain , puis s'en retourne à sa cuisine. De là me revient en mémoire l'histoire de la serveuse probablement frustrée et jalouse des jeunes filles blondes aux yeux bleus qui m'avait poussée pour nettoyer la table quelques semaines auparavant. L'heure se passe, puis un groupe de chinois ( une petite quinzaine ) arrive et s'installe à la terrasse juste à coté de nous. Arrive alors dans une colère noire et que peu d'humains maitrisent , l'homme bourru au tablier noir , hurlant à tout va " pas de ca chez moi , je veux pas de ca chez moi !!!!!! " . Le groupe de chinois ,apeuré , se lève et tente alors de s'enfuir sous les hurlements et postillons incessants du type à la calvitie bien présente ! C'est là que le petit homme plein de colère , saisit un sac à main , oublié par l'une des femmes du groupe asiatique et leur crie (une nouvelle fois) : " vous avez oublié un sac !!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Et le voilà qu'il balanceà terre mais atterrissant d'abord sur le groupe, avec une violence et les yeux pleins de haine , le sac à la main de la jeune femme , terrifiée. Mon amie et moi étions littéralement scotchées , très génées et en colère par ce à quoi nous avions assisté. Une fois le calme revenu , l'homme rond et le front plein de sueur , revint tout mielleux s'occuper d'une table de jeunes clients , qui lui demandèrent " ils ne voulaient rien commander c'est ça ? " mais très serein il leur répondit " Si si , mais je ne veux pas de ça chez moi " . Ce à quoi les jeunes attablés à coté de nous répondirent " de toute manière c'est la pire race " . Après avoir entendu cela , mon amie et moi avons demandé l'addition à un jeune serveur fort sympathique et quand nous lui avons dit que nous trouvions l'homme rondouillard très particulier ainsi que ses méthodes d'accueil des clients , le jeune serveur nous répondit très embété qu'il s'agissait là du patron.... Nous avons donc décidé à l'unanimité et après breve concertation avec nous-meme, décidé de ne plus jamais remettre les pieds dans ce bar. C'est tout pour moi ,...
