The food and service in general are very good. It’s a prix fix, surprise menu, so you don’t really know what you’re going to get. The 4 plate option is 59€ and with that comes small portions of an appetizer, a fish entree, a meat entree, and a dessert. You can do a 3 course wine pairing (or more), which was a reasonable price (€20). The meat entree was an excellent duck breast. The fish entree (monkfish) had a very sweet vanilla scented purée which was overpowering imo. My main gripe is related to my conversations with the waiter. I was considering buying a bottle of wine and I asked if he could recommend one of the maceration (i.e. natural) wines by the bottle out of the 4 options. He seemed annoyed and was like obviously the most expensive one is the best. He didn’t elaborate any more. I doubt the person who curated the wine list would think that’s the best way to describe the choices. I’m sure he’s right, but still! I decided to just get a glass of orange wine before the wine pairing and I pointed to the one option available by the glass. He said ok. He then returned with a cheaper glass of orange wine than the one I had asked for. I told him that’s not what I ordered. (Again, there’s only one orange wine by the glass so I didn’t need to be a detective.) He feigned confusion, looked at the menu to check the list of one orange wine, and agreed that he had indeed brought me the wrong glass. He corrected it and brought me the right one. The labels were not even remotely similar. Anyway, that left an unpleasant dynamic for the rest of the meal. I would not...

I accidentally found this place browsing Google maps and thought it looked good, so I decided to book a lunch first to try it out. I was not disappointed.

The food was amazing, I especially loved the mushroom cream with the egg and bacon powder, but all of the dishes were very nice. Portion size is not the biggest, which I actually quite like because it allows me to try more things, like in this case I decided to have both desserts because I couldn't decide between the two options. And both turned out to be delicious!

The Nut'spresso Martini I had was very nice too, although I think I still prefer the classic.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming, and very professional. I loved the background music, it was a nice detail 🙂

All in all, I also thought it was excellent value for money, prices are very reasonable, and I'm hoping to find the time next time I'm in Strasbourg to try the carte blanche menu, because I'm definitely...

We were one vegetarian, one omnivore. We had the large menu with wine accompaniment for each course. The omnivore courses were amazing, the veggie courses were as well, although sometimes they were the same without the protein. Considering how nicely done everything was, they were still good as a standalone dish. The service also was very nice with the slight downside of sometimes having been a bit hard to understand as we had to be served in English, since we unfortunately don't speak French. But the two waiters were wonderful and explained everything sufficiently. The wine choices were also very good. The wine for dessert could have been a bit sweeter and aromatic because it couldn't keep up with the delightful caramel/coffee combination being light and crisp as it was.

All in all a wonderful experience for a price that is extremely generous compared most restaurants of...

We chose to sit outside since the weather is well, it's a weekday when we visited so the ambience on the area is quite hyggeligt (chill) and not busy at all. Very good if you plan on taking someone on a chill but romantic dinner We ordered the 4 course dish with wine pairing, the food that came out is a surprise but if you have any dietary restriction or allergy you could tell the waiter and he will fulfill that. The food was super good and the wine pairings are fantastic. One dish that stands out to us is the appetizer with a slice of tomato and sauces that pairs really well with the white wine. We also got a dashi and some Japanese-inspired dish with tuna steak that's really good. I would really recommend this place if you ever visited Strasbourg and looking for a fancy place to dine.
