Exil's — Restaurant in Strasbourg

Worst service I have received ever. We arrived in the bar and asked to watch football. They placed us on a screen showing not the game we wanted and when we asked if they could play the other Eurocup game the guy started to be passively aggresive and explaining that it was not the right question... Okay, whatever, we sat at the other table with a TV showing our game. All good. Then it takes 20 min to order and when we called the guy, he started collecting first glasses from the other table and talking ironically to us that "we are super important and he will take his time for us" ignoring the other table. Obviously, he has some problems and when we politely said "no worries, we will wait for you to finish" he just flipped and starting talking with a loud voice that he will take his time. Then we just left and he was just talking...

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Came here at saturday and ask if we can watch NFL Football on sunday - the waiter looked it up and said "yes". We were happy and extended our stay for another day just to go there on sunday. But when we went there on sunday, an other waiter said he didnt know anything about football - they just show soccer. When we told him about the statement of his colleague, he replied "Im just a worker." There was no motivation to find out how to show it - probably just switching the...

Un accueil froid et haineux dans le regard du serveur. Je rejoins mon ami à 18h15, je m’installe et habituellement il y’a toujours un serveur ou une serveuse qui passe prendre commande aux tables mais ce soir la personne. Et pourtant ce serveur haineux fait le tour à l’intérieur de son bar et me voit à mon arrivée sans venir au bout de 5minutes. Donc je décide d’aller au bar pour prendre commande et c’est ce serveur qui vient prendre ma commande !!! Et là il hausse la voix fort et avec un ton méchant sur moi , j’étais stupéfaite et je lui répondis calmement bonsoir. Et après m’avoir servi il m’exige de régler mon verre de suite et je lui répondis que je paierais plus tard car je comptais consommer encore et dîner sur place. Il exigeait le paiement immédiat avec un regard méchant, sans insister je m’exécute à payer. Je n’ai pas apprécié ce temps condescendant. Après avoir fini de boire mon verre , nous avons décidés mon et moi d’aller se restaurer ailleurs. Heureusement qu’il y’a plusieurs bar avec un accueil chaleureux car c’est important pour que les gens s’y sentent bien. Pour finir au bar de l’exil j’y vais assez souvent avec des amis et je consomme énormément dans ce bar. Faut croire que mon argent n’est pas assez rentable pour eux. Bon j’ai bien reçu le message que je n’étais pas la bienvenue dans le regard de ce serveur haineux , j’irais donc dépenser mon argent...
