As a tourist, I was looking forward to trying the drinks at Machi Machi, but I was disappointed after my recent visit.Beverage Quality: The shaved ice wasn't tasty, too bland, and lacked any special flavor. The drink didn't meet my expectations.Service: The staff were unfriendly and not attentive. Especially last Saturday evening, the tall male staff and the female colleague who prepared the tea left me very disappointed with their unfriendly attitude and poorly made drinks. The cashier wasn’t trained properly, she charge for tapioca on a drink that came with tapioca, no 8. Need to train staff better. On the positive side, the drinks were well made and flavors were fantastic. Got the matcha panna cotta and oat milk tea with tapioca. Would definitely recommend it just check your bill. After 3 weeks in Europe and numerous matcha later. This place’s matcha is the only one that is matcha enough! Those of you who are into matcha, definitely check this place out. Machi Machi - Une expérience décevante

J'aimais beaucoup le salon de thé Machi Machi, mais après ma dernière visite, j'ai été vraiment déçu. Avant, c'était un endroit où je venais souvent pour déguster de délicieux thés au lait, mais il semble que la qualité ait considérablement baissé.

Qualité des boissons : Le thé au lait n'est plus aussi bon qu'avant. Le goût du thé est fade et moins riche, les perles ne sont plus aussi moelleuses et fraîches qu'avant. J'ai l'impression qu'ils ont changé de personnel, ce qui a fait perdre la saveur distinctive qui faisait le charme de ce lieu.

Service : Le personnel n'est plus aussi amical et accueillant qu'avant. Je ne me suis pas senti bienvenu en entrant dans le salon, et le temps d'attente pour être servi a été plus long que lors de mes visites précédentes.

J'espère que Machi Machi retrouvera la qualité d'autrefois pour continuer à recevoir le soutien de ses clients. Cependant, dans l'état actuel des choses, je ne suis pas...
