We chose this brasserie for the final stop of our Strasbourg visit, planning for a quick dinner. However, we ended up staying for around four hours because the atmosphere was simply exceptional. The real highlight, beyond the great food, was the fantastic service provided by our waitress, Lu. With her genuine, warm approach, she handled the entire place with ease—and it was clear she truly enjoyed her job. Regarding the food, our starters—the tuna and deviled eggs—were fantastic. The tuna was tender and beautifully served as tataki. Our main courses, a flavorful beef fillet and perfectly seasoned tartare, did not disappoint. The only small downside was the egg-white-based dessert, which lacked that final touch to make it perfect. That said, the crème brûlée was delicious, and the cheese platter was well-selected with excellent options. We rounded off the evening with a few glasses of wine and an exceptional rum from Venezuela. This brasserie is the perfect place to linger, offering great value for money. We will definitely be back. Big thanks again for the outstanding service!

The place looks nice inside and has a nice vibe. Come here and have some drinks. DO NOT eat here unless you want to be sorely disappointed. Drove over from Germany for a few hours and hoped the food would at least be decent. At least in our experience, it was no good. We ordered the chicken with vegetables and potatoes. Unfortunately, it was quite bland. As we took a few bites of the chicken itself, we realized it was pink in some spots and promptly stopped eating. Not worth the price at all. There are plenty of good spots around here.

Was looking for a place for lunch and chanced upon Brasserie Boehm. Never regretted. Had a heavy lunch due to long train ride later on. Ordered the bone marrow and it was huge! The marrow was perfectly done and having it with the baguette was delicious! The pork cheeks was passable but the duck confit was also something worth ordering. The potatoes that came with it was also soft and nice. The restuarant was nicely designed and the restrooms at the basement is something worth visiting and instagrammable.

We have been to this restaurant couple of times. I had a dish with kidney in my first time. I loved it. It was just amazing. Then they removed it from the menu. Later, we went there a couple of time, but whatever we ate was decent and overpriced comparing to quality of food. We were there on last Friday with our friends. I ordered a burger. It tasted so bad. I felt like they brought it directly out of meat grinder. Bread was burnt and fries were cold. When I told the waitress about it she just said she is sorry. I couldn’t eat the rest and when the others finished their food, she directly put the check on the table without asking for it yet. I strongly recommend not going there unless you want to have bad food or bad treatment from the waitress. I have given two stars just because I really like the kidney dish that I had last year when I first went...
