Maspindzelo — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent dining experience at your restaurant. My friends and I had just returned from an extensive evening city tour and were quite hungry. As we were staying across the street at the Ibis, we chose this establishment for dinner.

We ordered three items, including pork spare ribs, which I had specifically requested. However, after receiving only two of the three items, I followed up on my order several times over the course of an hour. By that time, my friends had finished their meals, and my order had still not been served.

After inquiring with another server, I learned that my order had not been placed. I was informed that I would need to wait longer for my meal. Disappointed with the service, I ultimately decided to cancel my order.

I have to say, I'd give them about 3.8⭐, but only because the food was OK. We got in and there was an empty table, but we were told to wait. No problem, I have time, I'll wait and it won't even affect the rating. Then they sat us. Gave us drinks menus only. We had to wait for at least 10min to get someone's attention to get food menus. Again, no problem, the conversation was flowing, still not in a hurry. We decided what to order quite quickly and we asked the passing waiter if we can order. To which we were told to wait. We waited for additional 15min before someone came and collected our order. So overall, the service prior to ordering food was a bit poor. After we ordered the food was coming quite fast, which is definitely a good thing. And the food was decent. It wasn't mind-blowing, but it was probably about 4⭐ food. If you have plenty of time and patience, want OK food which is averaged prices, then do visit...

I usually don't write the bad reviews, however this time I can't keep myself quiet.

The food was below the average. Khinkali - with the mushrooms were just OK, with cheese - dry and not juicy. The salads with eggplants - again, just OK. The stuffed eggplant rools - dry and below average. The lobio came without the corn bread and without pickles. We order the bread and it was cold and hard as a rock. After complaining to the waiter the bread was replied with the reheated one.

The most disturbing thing was the service. We were treated like the enemies of the country, serious. This this the worst service I ever experienced in my life!
