Dinning at this restaurant wasn’t the best experience. We were offered to sit at the terrace. The only table had a lot of plates and bottles for the previous guests. We had to wait until the drinks were brought to the table and kindly ask for them to be removed to get finally a clean table. It took very long to someone to come and take our order. The 3 waiters were inside the restaurant watching their phones and after several minutes we needed to approach to them to ask for service. The home-made drinks were ok, but rather expensive for the quantity. We ordered sushi (as seen in the pic). Quality was average, not terrible, not exceptional. For some reason the arrangement was super messy, they sprinkled salad over the sushi and many pieces were stuck together, leading to them getting broken when trying to separate them. When the plate arrived, we didn’t receive chopsticks not napkins. Again we had to look for the waiters to get some and be able eat. On the positive side, the place looks overall nice and clean. Probably we won’t come again as for the price we would prefer other nearby venues. It’s important to mention, the place wasn’t overcrowded that the waiters looked free most of the time. As a recommendation, train your waiters to provide a better experience to their guests.

This place was recommended to us by a colleague and we came for dinner with a group of eight people - reservations highly recommended, the restaurant was full! Seating is on long wooden benches and tables, which gives a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The service was a bit slow and confused with our inquiries in certain aspects of the menu, and there seems to be a bit of a language barrier
however, in the end everything worked out, with one dish arriving a bit delayed but still in time to eat together. The dishes were really generous and well presented. Everything was delicious and seemed to be freshly prepared at order - overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

It was not my first time here. But this time it was very weird experience. We ordered roll with salmon kind of Philadelphia. But instead of that we received smth with mango and fried anchovies. When we asked the waiter what it was (this was another guy, not that who took the order) the answer was for having your roll with salmon you need to pay 2 more euro. For our questions how we should know about that or that in menu is the price and we want that roll for that price it was only: “nein. Nein. Nein” so we reordered and paid over
also it was too much rice and not so many fish

I just want to report about I saw with my own eyes when I was here some time ago. It was a bit long ago but today I accidentally see the location again in Google maps, it recalls me of the incidents that I witnessed.

It was to terrible to see how shocked one customer couple was when the woman discovered a wet tissue ball in her food portion during eating. It was even worse when the restaurant owner and the whole cook staff aggressively refused/denied to admit their fault and accused the customer of playing trick. But looking how shocked the customers were and considering their educated, mature appearance, their quiet, polite and weak reaction I don't believe they lied and played trick. I don't remember clearly how it ended up but it seemed in the end upon the aggressive and stubborn responsibility denying of the restaurant owner and the staff, the couple couldn't do anything else but paying and leaving.

I myself also have familiar connection and have a lot of experience living with Vietnamese (this restaurant is of vnmese owner) and to me incidents like this are not a surprising thing at all. Most of people in this community since about one decade come here as economic refugees, who are quite un- or very low-educated. A big percentage work in gastronomy branch. Based on what I've seen and experienced they live in a very neglected, dirty and irresponsible way. Their awareness and level of hygiene are very low. They are rather hardworking but their work ethic is quite bad, their working attitude is generally quite unprofessional. Therefore since long ago I don't have any trust on the hygiene of food in these restaurants and avoid...

Long story short, 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

(to the owners: Sorry! But I feel I have to share this)

We ordered soup (we simply asked for vegetarian soup, hopefully it was) which was oily creamy and salty, far from our expectations, we couldn’t finish it. After we put it aside, we received a rice dish with a creamy peanut sauce, that was also super oily, sweet and salty. We couldn’t finish it either, despite our hunger (just got to Berlin after a 5 hour flight). Last, the “popular dish” according to Google Maps: The Seafood bowl, the only thing that tasted good in it was the lettuce! We tasted everything else in the bowl, the best of it was tasteless the worst, well, you can guess yourself.

Big quantities that are served in pretty bowls, filled with food that disappointed us completely.

The biggest question remains: How is this place rated so good? Nearly 800 people ranked it 4.3! Unbelievable.

No credit card, only cash Wouldn’t have been as bad if the waiters were friendlier, perhaps if they would’ve asked us how the food was we could have replaced it all with sushi (though I seriously doubt it would have been good, one...
