Painful food poisoning. :( As much as I loved the look & feel of the place + the service, the food wasn’t fully living up to the expectations. The cod main course was my favourite dish. I was sad to order a scallop starter and see a single scallop cut into medallions. Although the dish presentation was nice, just one scallop is very little for the price we paid. We received about 4 pre appetiser snacks (hors d’oeuvre). All of them were very heavy on cream/dairy. I didn’t even finish the bite size servings, but something is telling me that it’s how I got the food poisoning. After what was supposed to be a romantic dinner, I kept waking up at night with my stomach bubbling and I really began to feel sick in the morning. This was my only full day in Oia with a jet ski excursion booked + a hot stone massage for 2 and more food plans (I’m a huge foodie). Of course I missed out on all of this. :( I’m so sad that this happened and I had to be going through all of that.
