Happy 1st Of June kfc.. Today I went and ordered 2 bbq wraps, I got my order and was about to leave, when I took a bite and turns out its a wrap with some other sauce.
Went to the cashier and asked for 2 bbq wraps like requested, I show her the sauce then the Chinese guy who makes them came out and said 'I made one flaming and one bbq for you'! Is he for real? Where did he read two different orders?
What the hell? I asked for 2 bbq wraps, he started touching my wrap with his bare hands and said he will make another one then gave the one he touched back, I said 'No you will make 2 more because your hands touched the wrap'.
He then throws the wraps aggressively, the absolute disgrace of this man, where there's poor people in the world starving he throws like it's a rubbish bag.
This is 2nd time in less than a week where he got my bbq wraps order was mixed up (there wasn't even that many orders waiting to served), and I thought the first time was a human error (it happens) but this man knew what I ordered and said 'I made one flaming and bbq' right.. you don't give Peanuts to someone who's allergic and then act like a child for being told you got my order wrong!
You can thank that man for giving you a bad reputation, will definitely tell my friends to avoid this Kfc. If you hate your job, leave or whoever is the manager hire new cooking staff, a 16 year old wouldn't behave like this. I refuse to get any order from this man ever again....
Read moreOrdered from here about a week ago through Uber eats. They called recently after to say they had no chicken. I told them to cancel the order and that I wanted a refund to which they said no problem. About 20 minutes later I received a call to say the delivery man was outside. I went out to him and explained there must have been a mistake as this order had been cancelled on the phone. When I got back inside I received a notification on Uber eats to say cancelled because I never showed up for my order and that the delivery man was waiting 10 minutes. I called KFC repeatedly as I wanted to ensure I would get my money back. They never answered any of my phone calls. I put in a complaint with Uber Eats to which they said the delivery man has told them that I never answered the phone to him and kept him waiting for 10 minutes. I had to send an email complaining with screenshots proving I had been into the phone to the delivery man and the restaurant. Still ongoing and waiting to hear from Uber Eats. I’m shocked with how unprofessional they were and that the delivery man literally lied when I had put in the complaint. I’d never complain but after I had asked for the refund I ordered another takeaway and altogether I could not afford this. So unprofessional and I’ll never be ordering or getting anything...
Read moreWORST BRACH EVER! I'd give it a 0 if I could. The restaurant was under refurbishment, so there wasn't any public toilet, plus the restaurant was filthy, dusty and full of equipment.
The staff wasn't friendly at all. I asked for a rice box without beans, which I have a no for an answer saying "NO, BECAUSE IT IS COMING WITH BEANS" I have worked for the industry for years and I know it is possible to make anything under a customer request.
Not only they were not able to tell me what the rice box had, when I had it, I saw it had mayonnaise, I asked just to put a new salad without mayo, and the manager, very rudely, gave me the nastiest look ever, and chucked the box in the bin.
Also, there are a lot of beggars coming in even touching some of the customers. It looks the staff was so busy taking selfies at the counter, while one of the beggars was annoying another customer sitting next to me. Also, another customer just left his food as so many beggars were annoying me, and they took his food like wolves.
I have nothing against homeless people, but I think staff should be more vigilant and make customer's experience better.
