We hiked up and were looking forward to getting some food and enjoying the view. We grabbed a table and were soon met with ugly stares from our waitress. She stared at us for a bit before finally coming over. We were excited to order until she came over very rude. She was rude talking to us and she rolled her eyes and left after we gave her our order. We were shocked. We the proceeded to watch her serve others who were Italian, which she was very friendly towards. We then tried to be extra polite because maybe we did something wrong. When she came back, she tossed our order in the table, left the check, and said pay up front when you’re done. We then realized that she did not like either tourists or Americans so we quickly finished and left. Absolutely awful experience. Went there with my boyfriend and were shocked by how we were treated. The waitress with short black hair and tattoos was incredibly rude from the moment we sat down. She was visibly annoyed that we didn’t speak Italian and walked off without saying a word. Moments later, we saw her casually speaking a few words English to the guests next to us after claiming she couldn’t speak it at all.

When our order finally arrived, she slammed the items down and literally threw the sugar on the table. No eye contact, no basic courtesy. It felt humiliating.

The man at the bar was the only one who showed any kindness, but sadly that doesn’t make up for the unacceptable treatment we received. Avoid this place at all costs. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially by someone working in...

Parto scrivendo a punti la nostra delusione.

• Entrando sulla bellissima terrazza, con una bellissima vista, un cliente, sopratutto un turista non si aspetterebbe mai di vedere i tavoli verdi di plastica tipici da fiera ( capisco sempre la comodità del locale però una terrazza così bella non merita questo aspetto interno, visti i prezzi offerti e la bellissima vista).

• Premesso che abbiamo solo consumato il bere, volevamo un semplice aperitivo, quindi sul cibo non posso permettermi di parlare. I cocktail sono di livello medio basso, nonostante i prezzi di un cocktail partano dagli 8€ in su. Inoltre, io, da una simile terrazza mi aspetterei un signor aperitivo, con un cocktail, oltre ad uno stuzzichino di patatine, olive e noccioline (scarso), anche magari una focaccina, una pizzetta, pagando anche qualche euro in più andando via contento. L’aperitivo in questo consiste, non te lo devo chiedere io.

• Il personale purtroppo devo dire che toglie la voglia di stare dentro, hanno un modo molto sgarbato e sbrigativo di servire la gente, non capisco se il problema è del personale oppure dei titolari, spero veramente che cambi qualcosa.

• Andando in bagno sulla porta viene scritto che se si è clienti il bagno è gratuito, altrimenti costa due euro per persona, quindi mi aspetto che il bagno sia talmente pulito da mangiarci dentro, invece entrando ti passa la voglia di mangiare pure fuori.

• Ho chiesto il conto al tavolo, ho avuto la risposta dalla cameriera che era possibile solo al bancone. Mi è dispiaciuto molto visto il posto nel quale eravamo, perché sarebbe stato un servizio in più sicuramente apprezzato, però ci siamo adeguati. Siamo andati al bancone e, nel servirci il conto un’altra cameriera, abbiamo richiesto il titolare. Alla fatta presente del titolare sulla richiesta del conto al tavolo la risposta è stata che i camerieri non possono maneggiare contante e di conseguenza non possono fare i conti. La mia domanda sorge spontanea…..come fanno il conto al bancone i tuoi camerieri?????

In conclusione, spero con tutto il cuore che cambi qualcosa. Spendo volentieri 8€ di drink però voglio uscire fuori con il sorriso sulle labbra.
