Sempre piacevole sedersi al Bar Scala. I proprietari loro staff sono sempre pronto a farmi sentire un ospite speciale come lo fanno con tutti i clienti che si comportano con rispetto e gentilezza. Devo dire però che ho notato ultimamente, che ci sono qualche persone, che si prendono il diritto di dare dei voti pessimi su Google . Voti pessimi perché magari non vanno d’accordo, che viene controllato il Green-pass o se voi andare in bagno - “si, certo, ovviamente in combinazione ad una consumazione - anche soltanto un caffè. Per me una richiesta più che normale. Ti chiedo una cortesia e mi dai una piccola cosa in cambio. PERCHÉ: Non è molto difficile da capire che qualunque scorsa costa molto. Acqua, carta igienica E anche la pulizia del bagno! (perché ci sono dei individui che pensano, che si può comportare da …. a pena si esce da casa). Ho convissuto parecchi situazioni che erano “borderline”. Quando manca proprio la prima regola di tutte le regole: il rispetto! Per fortuna hanno la grinta a rispondere anche a questi comportamenti “speciali” Hanno la mia piena comprensione!! Bravi ragazzi… tutti … forza…

Always nice to sit at Bar Scala. The owners and their staff are always ready to make me feel like a special guest as they do with all Theo customers who behave with respect and kindness. I must say, however, that I have noticed lately, that there are some people, who take the right to give bad ratings on Google. Bad grades because maybe they don't get along, that the Green-pass is checked or if you go to the bathroom - "yes, of course, obviously in combination with a drink - even just a coffee. For me a more than normal request. I ask you for a courtesy and you give me a little thing in return. WHY: It is not very difficult to understand that any scrolling costs a lot. Water, toilet paper And even the cleaning of the bathroom! (because there are individuals who think, that you can behave like .... at pain you leave the house). I have lived through several situations that were "borderline". When the first rule of all rules is missing: respect! Fortunately, they have the determination to respond to these "special" behaviors They have my full understanding !! Good guys ... everyone ... come on ...

Immer schön in der Bar Scala zu sitzen. Die Besitzer und ihre Mitarbeiter sind immer bereit, mir das Gefühl zu geben, ein besonderer Gast zu sein, so wie sie es mit allen Gästen tun, die sich mit Respekt und Freundlichkeit verhalten. Ich muss allerdings sagen, mir ist in letzter Zeit aufgefallen, dass es einige Leute gibt, die sich das Recht nehmen, bei Google schlechte Bewertungen abzugeben. Schlechte Noten, weil sie vielleicht nicht damit klarkommen, dass der Green-Pass kontrolliert wird oder wenn man aufs Klo geht – „ja natürlich, natürlich in Kombination mit einem Getränk – auch nur einem Kaffee”. Für mich eine mehr als normale Bitte. Ich bitte dich um eine Höflichkeit und du gibst mir dafür eine Kleinigkeit zurück. WARUM? Es ist nicht sehr schwer zu verstehen, dass ALLES viel kostet: Wasser, Toilettenpapier und sogar die Reinigung des Klo’s! (Denn leider gibt es Individuen, die denken, dass man sich beim Verlassen des Hauses so verhalten kann wie bei “Hempels unterm Sofa”). Ich habe mehrere grenzwertige Situationen erlebt. Wenn die erste Regel aller Regeln fehlt: Respekt! Glücklicherweise haben sie die Entschlossenheit, auf diese „besonderen“ Verhaltensweisen zu reagieren Sie haben mein volles Verständnis!! I asked the waitress to please let my daughter go to the toilet. Even if we did not sit at their place to eat. She urgently needed to vacate, so I asked politely. The waitress said she could come in, provided we bought something to eat or drink. We agreed that I would buy a bottle of water. After I purchased, she directed my daughter to go up to the second floor where the toilet was. I taught my daughter never to go to the toilet alone. Always accompanied by a friend or mother. When I came to enter with her, the waitress did not agree and said I would have to pay again or she would go alone. I told the waitress that I was only accompanying her and that my daughter never goes to a public toilet alone, especially abroad! I explained that I had no need to use the bathroom, but she continued to insist. Really tried to convince my daughter that she is a big girl and can go alone. It is very disappointing that a woman behaves like this and does not understand the importance of taking care of the girl. We left there without my daughter going to evacuate in the end. Just...

Caffe' Scala è un accogliente bar e pasticceria nel pieno centro storico di Verona, limitrofe alla centralissima via Mazzini, cuore pulsante del turismo veronese. Un luogo tranquillo e magnanimo, dove potersi rilassare comodamente all'interno o nei tavolini esterni all'ingresso del locale. Ho avuto modo di conoscerlo durante le mie pause pranzo durante i miei turni lavorativi. Contraddistinguono il locale la solarità, l'educazione, la cortesia e la professionalità dell'intero staff. Il servizio al tavolo è veloce ed efficiente, soprattutto nei giorni più affollati durante il weekend. La proposta gastronomica è completa, sia per quanto riguarda le proposte per la colazione, sia per i primi piatti ed i gustosi taglieri serviti a pranzo e a cena, oltre ai deliziosi aperitivi. Ciò che contraddistingue la mia esperienza presso il locale sono le persone, in modo particolare è sempre piacevole scambiare quattro chiacchiere ed una battuta con lo staff. In modo particolare tutt'oggi in una città come Verona, invasa da un turismo "mordi e fuggi", trovare un titolare di un'attività commerciale sempre disposto a scambiare quattro chiacchere al di fuori dell'ambiente lavorativo durante un'intensa giornata, dimostra che il servizio e la professionalità risiedono nel "valore" delle persone e nella loro passione per la quotidiana attività che svolgono al servizio della clientela. Consiglio vivamente al turista italiano ed internazionale di passare anche per un semplice caffè. Sicuramente rimarrete soddisfatti del servizio e della cortesia e non ve ne pentirete della scelta...
