Very friendly to foreigners, staff speaks good english. Excellent quality tonkatsu disguised as an easy quick meal stop, but is actually equally worthy of being served in a traditional Japanese local shop. The cutlet portions were generous, the cutlet was juicy, the breading was just thick enough and crispy. Fried but when you bite into the cutlet there’s no greasy or oiliness. This place is like too good to be true, chancing upon it on a cold winter’s night. Then I realised it has a rooftop eating area, and if it was day time you’d have a full frontal view of Mt Fuji.
The meat, by the way, is choice butchers cut from highly rated national standards in Japan mochibuta. How can a small shop do every single thing so well at an affordable price? well this place can. it’s true you gotta try it...

We really waited for 20 minutes for the chef to cook. Worth the wait.
We had to try another dish. So we got the American hotdog, the sausage crispy at first, then the meat juicee, complement well with the bun. The sausage has a hint of lemon.
We are determined to come back...

The uncle who cooked the tonkatsu was very nice. The kitchen was visible from the outside, and it was so nice and clean. We could see him cooking order by order. We waited 20 minutes, but we were already informed of the wait by a sign in the restaurant. I highly...
