A polite owner. Please note however that the cafe only accepts groups of two people or less. If you go as a family of four as we did, you will not be allowed to order any food and will only have drink options. Kids also have to order one drink each (mainly tea and coffee options). Splitting of the group is also not allowed.
Unfortunately he did not wish to explain why he has this no-food-served policy for more than 2 customers, so we do not understand the rationale. It was rather disappointing as we had walked quite a long distance since we saw such great reviews about his food.

Read morePretty cool place. Walked in to melodic jazz playing, one guy who roasts his own beans and is incredibly welcoming. Ordered a chai, latte, pancakes and eggs on toast. This guy made everything from scratch, it was interesting to watch. He clearly cares about what he does. Coffee was full bodied and not bitter at all, chai was creamy (my wife rated it), pancakes were fluffy and tasty (my daughter inhaled them), eggs… mate those eggs. That is not how I’m used to having eggs but they were the best eggs I’ve ever had. Friendly, welcoming, takes pride in his art. Absolute bloody legend. 5 stars. Old mate...
