Dining at a premium sukiyaki restaurant is more than just a meal – it’s an experience. From the moment you step inside, the refined ambiance sets the tone. Elegant wooden interiors, spacious seating, and warm lighting create a calm, intimate atmosphere that elevates the dining ritual. The highlight, of course, is the carefully selected wagyu beef. Beautifully marbled and vibrant in color, it is presented with pride before being cooked tableside. The staff skillfully prepares the dish, first searing the beef in the sweet-savory sukiyaki sauce, then adding fresh vegetables, tofu, and mushrooms. The aroma that rises from the iron pot is irresistible. The most memorable moment comes when you dip a perfectly cooked slice of beef into a raw egg yolk. The silky egg coats the tender meat, balancing richness with the gentle sweetness of the broth. Each bite melts in your mouth, indulgent yet harmonious. Pairing it with steamed rice makes the experience even more satisfying. The meal typically ends with a delicate dessert and tea, offering a refreshing finish. While the price is on the higher side, the exceptional quality of ingredients, attentive service, and luxurious atmosphere fully justify it. Overall, premium sukiyaki is not just dining, but a culinary performance that showcases Japanese hospitality and craftsmanship. For anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and seeks a truly memorable experience, it’s absolutely worth trying.

It is the 2nd time I visited this chain restaurant. The booking was so full, I can only get the 5pm dinner time slot. But I was so disappointed by the service of the lady. She asked me to confirm if I have ordered that set. I thought she asked if I need some drink, so I just said no. She stared at me and kept silence, standing there looking at me. Then I look at the menu she is holding. Then I said yes, I already placed the order online. She still stared at me repeated the same question. I said yes i ordered online already. Then she asked the 3rd time. Then I just said yes. Later, she served us and kept silence and just said she is going to cook the beef and vegetables. Didn’t explain the process etc with no smile. The attitude was bad. If your restaurant doesn’t like serving tourists, thats fine. I will tell my friends not to come. It was soooo rude. I felt so uncomfortable in the whole dinner. I paid for the whole experience but she just ruin my time. After I paid the addition charge for room. No one greeted me goodbye. I don’t know Japan’s service deteriorated like this. So horrible!!!!!

This was the highlight meal of my trip to Tokyo this year. Food was delicious, and the service incredible, despite the slight language barrier. We ordered Sukiyaki, shabu shabu set courses and a bottle of chianti. The quality of the food was beyond my expectations, with delicate and well balanced flavors. Our hostess was so patient with my poor understanding of Japanese and managed to communicate with me well with some English to describe every course and expectations. Dining in Japan can be cold and tough, most places would turn me away because of my lack of fluency but this place was warm and welcoming. I took a chance as a walk in and was surprised they took me in. My hostess never once winced at my poor pronunciation or any attempt to describe an item and dining was not at all awkward or stuffy. I would definitely return to dine again. Highly recommended for good quality food and classy, impeccable service.
