We came here with pretty high expectations considering the reviews. You order outside at the machine and they bring your food. Upon entering, we were greeted in mandarin. Wasn’t an issue at first until I tried to tell the waitress that we do not speak mandarin(I can understand a little as I speak Cantonese). She then started to get aggressive and tried to force both mandarin and then Japanese which she said “Japanese okay!?” when we clearly spoke English but tried to exchange pleasantries in Japanese. The food was okay, we ordered the supreme duck ramen set, and duck tsukesoba noodles with a beer. I would have rather went to a 600 yen ramen shop and they just leave me alone to slurp noodles instead of paying 3200 yen for this horrible service.

Doing prior research, I knew that this ramen place was going to be good, but what I didn't expect was the staff to make the experience even greater. You first start out with ordering your ramen at the kiosk outside, pay and receive your ticket. Staff#12 was super friendly and attentive from the moment we stepped in the door. She first started to explain which ramen she was bringing out, but we didn't understand Japanese, but we knew she spoke Chinese from hearing her speak to the table next to us. We asked if she can explain to us in Chinese and she immediately switched over and was super friendly. She explained the ramen, how to eat it, and kept checking on us afterwards. Since it is 24 hours, would definitely go back.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here! They ushered us inside to our table and chairs after we chose our order and in just only less than 2 minutes, our food were already served! The food was just heavenly and the background music did make us feel special. The staff were very accommodating, most especially, employee #19, who asked us how the food was, where we came from, he was very engaging and his English was very good! This was around 11.30 at night, and there were still many of us dining at the restaurant, but the staff were still very energetic. Kudos to y'all from Canada :)
