I booked this for about 320 Australian dollars a night for peak tourism time in April (booked 7 months in advance). It was spacious for Tokyo standard and fit our family of 4 perfectly (2 bunker beds with comfortable mattresses) It's 30 seconds away from Asakusa subway exit 4, which is in front of a Family Mart convenience store, and 5 mins away from the Asakusa Sensoji shrine main gate!! Has a great restaurant on the ground floor and has lift access to all floors (lift is small though) Given its close proximity to a main tourist destination has its drawbacks. Often time the streets are crowded with a lot of tourists and sometimes loud until late night (the hotel was kind enough to keep ear plugs in the room before our arrival, I guess it's a known issue) The service is great, changed towels everyday and cleaned the room every third day. Also they were kind enough to keep our bags at the reception after check-out until we collected them later that day. Room did not have a TV (wouldn't be useful anyway as all free channels are...
Read moreI am currently staying at this hotel for five nights as a solo traveler, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The hotel staff is incredibly kind and attentive – I haven't encountered such friendly and helpful staff in a long time. Their warmth and professionalism have truly made my stay unforgettable.
The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Everything I need is within easy reach, and accessibility is excellent. There is an elevator in the hotel, which makes handling luggage much easier and is very convenient.
The hotel room itself is a dream. It offers plenty of space and beautifully combines modern amenities with traditional and cultural elements. This is especially perfect for foreigners, as it provides a gentle introduction to Japanese culture without causing a cultural shock. Everything is perfectly organized, and the entire staff is friendly, open, and welcoming. I am incredibly grateful to have found this hotel and can wholeheartedly...
Read moreAfter a long day of traveling, it was so nice to step off the train and essentially walk into our hotel. It was a 5 minute walk from the station.
The staff was INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and SO ACCOMMODATING! They were so gracious with their services. We accumulated so much luggage from running around/shopping that we didn’t want to have to lug it before we checked in and to our surprise, they offered to hold onto it while we explored the area. Everyone we interacted with were so kind and helpful.
The room itself felt larger than most hotels we’ve had in Japan. The room was clean and provided a large trashcan! The room was cool and decorated retro-ly. It was a great place to stay and we also paid extra for breakfast for the next day and it was delicious and perfect serving!
I have nothing but great things...
