Amazing Kimono Experience Near Kaminarimon!

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Tokyo! The kimono rental shop is just steps away from Kaminarimon Gate, making it super convenient to change and start taking photos right away.

There were so many beautiful kimono styles to choose from — traditional, elegant, modern, even cute and colorful ones. They also had options for men and children. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, helping us pick the perfect outfit and doing simple hairstyling to match.

Walking around Asakusa, Nakamise Street, and Sensoji Temple in a kimono felt magical — like stepping back in time to old Japan. It was such a fun and memorable experience. The photos turned out amazing!

The prices were reasonable, and they offered luggage storage and cute accessories to complete the look. Everything was smooth and well-organized.

Celebrated my husband and I's honeymoon in Tokyo and wanted to walk around in traditional clothing. We're so glad we found this place that met all of our expectations and goals. They had such a wide selection of kimonos to choose from that would satisfy any taste in color or style, even ranging from intricacy/price. Even the men's selection was diverse that my husband was able to find something for himself. The staff was also so very friendly and accommodating (I may have been indecisive with the myriad of options) giving me ample time and showing me past photos on people who have tried my selected kimonos in the past so that I could narrow down my selection. Hair was also included. And, as this occasion was special, we both decided to splurge and were thrilled with our choices. To add to the multiple options to choose from, the photography was amazing.
