nestled in the heart of the city, this japanese restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with the best sushi i’ve ever tasted. from the moment i stepped inside, i was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, whose friendliness set the tone for the entire visit. the music playing in the background was catchy and added to the vibrant atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable.

one unique aspect of this restaurant is that there is no seating available. instead, patrons stand while they enjoy their meals, which was a novel experience for me. while it might sound unusual, it actually enhanced the dining experience, allowing for a more social and dynamic environment. this standing arrangement felt surprisingly comfortable and worth it for the incredible food served.

the sushi here is truly exceptional. each piece is crafted with the utmost care, using the freshest ingredients. the highlight of my meal was the salmon sushi, which was incredibly tender and flavorful. the delicate slices of salmon practically melted in my mouth, leaving me wanting more with each bite. every dish i tried was a testament to the skill and dedication of the chefs.

the restaurant’s ambiance is lively and energetic, thanks in part to the catchy music and the bustling atmosphere. it’s a place where you can enjoy top-notch sushi while soaking in the vibrant energy of the space. the staff’s attentiveness and genuine kindness made the experience even more special.

in conclusion, this japanese restaurant offers an unparalleled sushi experience that is both unique and delightful. the combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a lively atmosphere makes it a must-visit for any sushi lover. the standing dining arrangement adds an interesting twist that only enhances the overall experience. if you’re looking for the best sushi you’ve ever eaten, this place is definitely worth a visit. i adored every moment of my time there and can’t...

I don't understand why this place only has 4.5/5. The location is so convenient, right at the station and 5 minutes away from the temple. First time was before visiting the temple. Second time was before taking the direct train to the airport. You can get quick meal and leave. Note: you have to stand the whole time while having the meal. The sushi is freshly made with fresh high-quality ingredients. The chef is very polite and friendly and shows so much joy and eager to talk to me even though we do not speak the same language. I will...

An unassuming little hole in the wall. Standing room only for about 9-10 people. A+ meal

Everything we had was fantastic! Our first day here we went to the Kura flagship store because we bought into social media hype and was so so disappointed … we found Magurobito while walking to the station and decided to give it a try, SO GLAD WE DID!

In fact, we went back the next day! Spending about $12 each for this kind of sushi is unreal … it’s going to ruin sushi for me when I get back...

Came across this sushi place when I was wondering around the area looking for food. It turned out to be a nice surprise, food quality was above average. Ordered the miso soup which was filled with chunks of fish — not the ordinary miso soup you get with your Japanese meal set else way. Also tried their steamed clams and boiled squid which were delicious too. Returned for 2nd time the next day and the chef was happy and surprised. Good service too. Highly recommended.

Great sushi at a great price range! The shop is small and you stand in front of the chef to order and eat while standing. I speak very little Japanese and I was fine because the staff was so friendly. There are some things that are not on the English menu they give you (like today's specials--I realized they had uni only after someone else ordered it), so you might want to have a peek at what other people are ordering :P
