I couldn’t even put a review on my TripAdvisor account. I can’t put the truth about my experience there. I advice everyone who had a terrible experience to do so. They are very tricky with that RESERVE button there. Beware. They put all you can eat at the website. They put Kare Kare, sisig, halo halo etc BUT when you come there. It’s a separate order and it was expensive AF. If you’re super hungry and miss Filipino food so much, beware you might start noticing that your bill is starting to pile up. They offered 3 viands when I went there, menudo, adobo and ginataang gulay. They also had some sotanghon, garlic fried rice and plain rice. That’s about it. It’s pretty cheap but tastes normal, nothing special. I would’ve given this place 3 points if they don’t give out misleading information. Beware there’s also a woman outside who pretends to be an usherette and forces or expertly persuades to buy her adobong mani for 500 yen per pack. I would only come here when I’m super hungry to save money but other than...

The level of service varies depending on the staff present. During my initial visits, I encountered a delightful elderly woman, whom I believe is the 'Nanay.' She was pleasant, engaging, and provided attentive service. However, my last two visits were marred by terrible service when a middle-aged woman, presumably in her 50s/60s, was in charge. She was unwelcoming and rude and it appears from other reviews that I am not the only customer who has encountered such disappointing customer service.
Regrettably, I have not returned since my last visit in 2021, as the decline in service quality has deterred me...
Read moreAwful attitudes of those who work here. One person asked something about the dish and then didn’t order yet. The waitress angrily told them to only ask when they’re already decided with their orders. There’s no smile, not even greetings of hello when you enter. No warmth and hospitality that we Filipinos are known for. The man in the kitchen was blabbering to himself that all of us couldn’t understand what he was saying. Such bad customer service. If I were the owner, I would fire these duo and hire more friendly/warm staff. Aside from having exorbitant prices for the meals, meh-tasting dishes, awful staff—the only good thing about this place is its location. Not worth going. Look at this very sad PANCIT and macaroni—it barely...
