Me and my friends went there since we noticed a bubble tea place and had talked about getting one for a while now. Shortly- the staff was rude, forgot orders, made wrong drinks, accused me for trying to get another drink for free? Girl what- I told her I was going to get my drink but the guy took it before me since he had the same order as me. She said, "I saw you getting up and walking to get the drink". I said I did but the guy snatched it before me. She kept trying to tell me i was in the wrong but my friend said "the guy had the same order but didnt wait for his turn and took the one that was made for me". Here's the run-down of my experience: Drinks: okay quality, large variety of syrups and boba; inconsistent sweetness inbetween different drinks, for example, Pretstats was barely flavored sparkling water which is definitely not worth the money; often run out of specials; tapioca was misshapen and strange consistency. Price: a bit high for the provided goods and services, to put it simply, I've had better for cheaper; discount available with their client card. Staff: mostly friendly however often unhelpful - can't explain what's inside a drink or how sweet it is, often decide the temperature of the drink themselves even when specified beforehand. To start positive about this place: the style and interior is really cool, and there's a nice amount of room to sit and to enjoy what you've ordered. The thing is, what you order should be enjoyable in the first place. We were happy with how quick we got our bubble teas, but that's where the positives end. The matcha bubble tea literally tasted like milk, just milk. There was no matcha taste to it. We also said that we didn't want any ice in our bubble tea, and what happend?
