Price : Higher than other Japanese restaurants with similar range and standards.
Taste : Mediocre. Food presentation and taste not up to par, do not match with the price and interior decorations.
Attention to Details : Mediocre. Soup served is almost cold. Udon soup is luke warm as if the kitchen never bother to heat the soup before serving.
Service : Staffs are considered polite but not well trained enough to give customers proper attention.
Kitchen : The see through glass is a bad idea as the kitchen is in a mess when kitchen gets busy. Kitchen personnels fail to take care of tidying and cleaning the kitchen when things get busy, which is understandable. But why use see through glass when you do not have enough kitchen staffs to always make sure of the cleanliness?
Food Availability : Nabemono is unavailable due to that food section is closed? Nabemono is only soy base / miso base / chicken base soup with certain ingredients in a hotpot, that any kitchen helpers can do. How is it possible that you can serve soup noodle but not nabemono?
Serving Time : Drinks, soup and udon is quite fast but the soup is cold. Gunkan and Sashimi...

My husband ordered Spicy Miso Udon and he gives 3 stars, not bad and not really good either. I ordered Niku Soba and it was actually good, big portion of noodles and niku (beef) slices, the soup a bit salty with a hint of sweetness from the beef. I enjoyed it very much.
But the experience goes down from that. We ordered Ebi, Unagi and Avocado sushi, it was let down the rice ratio is too much and it taste all mushy. I expected texture from the ebi tempura inside but it's soggy.
We also ordered Hamachi sushi, the hamachi itself it good and fresh but again the rice is too much.
And lastly we ordered Toro (Tuna Belly) sashimi and it was a total let down. The sashimi was small and it was cut into half some more to reduce the thickness. It was not the best toro cut we ever ate. Spent around rm168 for the food and we are not satisfied as we are not happy with the food at all.
The good part of our experience is the service by the server and the green tea drink was with unlimited refill. Will I returned? No, won't be...
Read moreOne of the worst Japanese food I've ever eaten. Everything in the shop screams cheap but not the price of the food. Plates that they use are made from cheap plastic and the cutleries can be bent easily like those in kedai kopi. Service is bad. I had to stand up and wave my hand for sometime for them to see me even when there is only 3 table of customers. Worst of all is the food. The portion is small. The unagi served seems like went for a diet. So thinly sliced and small in size. Tempura is so small. The portion of food served is so small compared to the price they charge. They rebranded from Sushitei and I thought they will be better but I was wrong. Hopefully they will change and improve. Maybe improve the food quantity and quality before aggressively promoting in IG. I didn't manage to take a picture of the tempura as I'm in the state of shock looking at the size of the tempura and the overall portion. I had to go to McD with my family for second...
