Not the first time this McD branch in suria making a blunder, doesnt look like an inadvertant mistake. When you have already ordered for a take away, they later inform that they are out of the required items, and ask you whether you can wait for 15 minutes for them to prepare the order. Sure its alright, we are fine to wait as long as you provide us the required items. 20 minutes passed, and they passed you your food and you only realize at home that they have provided you the wrong order, and it is exactly the item that you have told them not to put in, and also how smart is that they tucked the takeaways up nicely so that you only realize things not right when you have already left the outlet. But the last straw is, this is not the first time. From an honest point of view, if the staffs here are not trained well enough or lack the proper attitude to cater standard McD service, kindly do not operate this outlet which is within CBD area and let other staffs who are more well trained and qualified to provide the service. I'll suggest the staffs here to emulate from the McD branch located beside CP. To the team of staffs on 14 May night including the supervisor who was at the counter, you know who you are and you have a very long way to learn on how to improve on your service and not to treat customers like some sort of...

The food and beverage is good but some attitude of staff need some improvement. When customer asked to get straw because she/he going to be driving, that should not be rejected by saying, "Sorry, tiada straw" whilst the straw drawer just below her waist. Thankfully, one of the staff came out from kitchen and just gave the straw effortlessly. I know about the campaign, save the whale from get choked by straw. In the first place, if we all dine-in there and the garbage and wastage will be put into dustbin, right? Then, it is about wastage management between your fast food restaurant and building management; and between building management and DBKK. Should I go further until to the root of cause? Ok, let's talk about the 'imminent danger' of granting request of customer for having the straw. The least you guys could do is by telling "We are supporting Green Peace/Eco-Friendly Program by reducing the usage of straw, but still we have it if you insist" In these case, we are insisted. McDonald Suria has been one of the most convenient restaurant in the town. It has indoor and outdoor seatings. And it gets full during peak hours lunch or dinner. They also have McCafe counter in the premise.

Good food and good treats here such as: Tazza is soo nice, but it is seasonal. Had it during Raya Season Pulut pie & green tea flurry are slurpy nice, to Me best combo My favourite is the latte, and it's just quite right for me, no sugar. That's how it is supposed to be. The Caramel latte is exquisite too Macaron during December. I think the burgers, all in all is very creative. Just try each and one of them, pick your favourite, I don't have one.. but for breakfast ill go for McMuffin without the egg

Since the change of Government, the price hike up again, so it's no more affordable. It's consider a luxurious Fast Food franchise.
