Thought this place is worth a shot after checking the reviews. First impression upon entering the premise was not so good as no one was there to greet me nor there was any instructions on ordering. I randomly walked towards the counter to order. Yet no greetings. So on services it's a bit lacking. That asides, waffle is pretty good. I like it that it's crispy and most importantly it wasn't too sweet. It blended very well with the gelato. I had Dark Choc Whiskey gelato. The dark choc was quite intense and I could definitely taste the alcohol there. Unless you're a hardcore dark choc fans, try some other flavour. Also, the serving is well enough for 2 pax. New norm: scan PG care app and temperature your own. Many just walked in without scanning. The owner did not bother asking.

Its a one man show cafe. There is only one person (owner) manning the cafe. As such, you order and pay at the counter. However, your food will be served.

For waffle, you can choose the flavour of the waffle whether it is original or other flavours. Then you can choose the flavour of the ice cream or pay more to select gelato. Lastly, you can choose the flavour of the sauce to dip on the ice cream or waffle.

As for drinks, you can either choose coffee, tea, juices.

Atmosphere are cosy, nice decor and nice music...

Bad service. Rude chinese guy which I think its the owner? When I asked if I could charge my laptop at the power port under the table, he blatantly lied saying, there are no ports and no charging allowed. Then I understand why, because theres even a sign put up condemning “cheap” customers who complain about price, that wifi/utilities are costly so they should not complain. The last straw is that he slammed the cup of coffee on the table till some spilled out , and didn’t even apologise. Honestly i felt like walking out there and then, but unfortunately I had already paid for that cup of coffee. Anyway, not coming back...
