Really don't mean to left this bad reviews on the CNY period, but gosh, guess we started our New Year with the wrong choice of restaurant selection, an hour sitting here while typing this review but our food still no where to be fine? Everything is wrong with this restaurant since the moment you step in, CNY the very cheerful festive for us Malaysia Chinese, the moment you step I. The restaurant, the vibe is weird, halfful with only 4 / 5 tables taken, non of the waiters even bother to greet nor not even a simple hi not smile, me and mum on the other hands greet them 3 times only get a simple nod from 1 of the server, seated down ourselves, scanned and ordered, patiencely waiting for about 20 mins, turns out that mum's order of harsh brown is out of order?, great small issue, we re order again for mum's a big breakfast, never that we know , her replacement order was placed in the last Q, and here we are after another 45mins of waiting, total pass an hour, all of other patrons is having their meal, finally our food come and guess what? They served us 2 identical breakfast order , where my initial order of cheeses sandwich nowhere to be found? Hahahahahah speechless

On the food quality, big breakfast is normal OK, vegan scramble eggs was but heavy on the salt, nothing really to stood out

If I were returning ever, I guess big no no, nothing in this restaurant spell right, if the restaurant is full/ bz I totally understand, but nope, is not even halffull And the food, I am confident to deliver better taste food myself

I brought my friends who are vegetarian here. Unfortunately not only the service was inefficient but the biggest concern was cleanliness and the hygiene of the restaurant. We witnessed rat lingering the dining area and headed straight to their drink prep counter which is also where their cashier counter is. We immediately called the staffs and reported the incident. But we were rather taken a back by their replies. They said quite a number of customers have complained to them about the rats. The owner of the restaurant has been notified several times. When we asked so what has the owner done about it. We were told that the owner is thinking about what to do about it. I told the staffs to inform the owner to close the restaurant till he sort out the issue. Customers' life at stake. The cutlery rack is totally exposed and so was some of the raw food items in the kitchen which could have contamination from the rats' droppings or urine. Please be responsible and mindful of the diners'safety and well being. I strongly urge whoever the owner is to take immediate action on the matter before we lodge a report to the food safety and health department. We pay more for a better ambience and proper food but in this case it defeats the purpose. Any eateries should put cleanliness and hygiene as their priorities. Inevitably, this restaurant...

I came here with my husband the first time. That time their vegan cheesy pasta tasted good. But my Husband’s food was not nice at all and was soo smelly. Today, we came back again because the other vegan restaurant was closed and I ordered the same vegan cheesy pasta and it was so blunt. The burger we ordered which in the app it shows best seller doesn’t even taste good at all. The mushroom was oily. The sauce tasted awful. We basically couldn’t even eat the food at all. We just left the burger there. After 1 bite. When the cashier asked how was the food we told her. And she didn’t care and just ask us to pay that’s all. No explanation nothing!

Also the cleanliness, the floor is so dirty and the toilet omg doesn’t even have to talk about it.

I applied membership here but what’s the point when we will not return again.
