Self-service, the staffs are good. Order received quite fast, excellent location, however need to have improvement for the food.

We ordered Buttermilk Chicken Pasta and Grilled Chicken Bolognese, both of the spaghettis are quite hard, make it difficult to chew. The bolognese are so-so, not tasty for me but their chicken grill is amazing. I love the chicken as it is tender, and complement with the sauce, delicious. Kudos to the chef! 👍 As for the buttermilk chicken pasta, we are actually speechless. that is not a buttermilk at all. too creamy and yellowish and it tastes so spicy for a Malay like me. rasa macam terlebih letak rempah, and my friend vomited after eating it because too much butter and cream. 😢

The drinks are simple, got only 3-4 choices currently and some are air balang but not that bad, it is convenient.

Overall, I can recommend customers to try their chicken dishes options, I think they are really tasty as my grilled chicken is superb. However please stay away from their pasta until they make some improvement. I hope you will upgrade your cookings and Im looking forward to try it again the...

The staff was not friendly enough and they did not explained properly how long the duration for our food to be served, they doesnt know how to use the cashier machine eventho they are the one who duty at the cashier part. We waited for more than 2 hours for our food and they did not check properly our orders at the paper as they only assume that we only write our orders at the back. If we ask for any question , they was not sure enough and did not give us the feedback after they ask from the other staff. They missed out our french fries order until we went to the kitchen to ask our order and take it by our own. Some of the food was not tasty and same taste as i ate last time at other outlet . They did not alert about the special daily redeem which is every customer can get a free mushroom soup until we text the owner then only they realise that we can get the mushroom souo for free. Had our dinner at Papisz Cafe tonight. It was such an experience! Dekat Balik Pulau tak tahu dekat mana nak makan western food except SR, but this kedai was a hit! You guys should give this place a try.

We ordered:

1. Fettucine Carbonara The taste was rather okay, the sauce was creamy and tasted a bit macam milk. I like the fettuccine itself masak al dente so, it’s a plus point.

2. Chicken Butttermilk Pasta It tasted like salted buttermilk, sedap and creamy.

3. Spicy Tomyam Pasta Our favourite!! Rasa dia overwhelming but in a good way! Tak muak sangat macam No. 1 & 2, but overall best!

4. Cheeze Meatball It was good the meatballs were cooked well.

5. Bruschetta It was okay, not something that I would reorder for my next visit hehehe

6. Chocolate Waffle Da BOMB!! Sedap yakmat, tak muat sangat coklat dia nice!!

Overall, 9/10. The portion was big (mengah juga nak habiskan) but worth the price! Will probably come again in the near future! Keep up...
